First time coming here, and came back the next day. Doing large project got rid of a garden bed stop using it.became eye sore stayed that way for years. Just retired march 2023 turned into a rectangular size concrete brick border. Weed matting layed down filled it with stone. Servic e staff friendly help full, drive through is under cover large long shed keeps you out of weather conditions. Totally recommend

Excellent, friendly staff followed by excellent service. They have from quality soils to a wide range of rocks / pebbles to suit any garden or driveway.

If you say you close at 5pm then close at 5pm and not 4.40pm.

Waste of an hours drive to be turned away because it was too close to leaving time and too much effort.

Delivered my soil within the hour. This is my second order for garden soil. Very happy with the service and the price. The veggie mix is great and look forward to extending my veggie patch.

John called me after a review was made. He claimed to have called but when confronted he back pedalled and said that I should have my gate open at all time to expect them. I told him we have young child and we live on busy road. We couldn’t have the gate open from 9-12pm (the delivery window). John continue to say that it’s my fault and I have no right to complain. He also assure that he doesn’t want business from me anymore and told me not to ever call him again ‍️ So yeah, we wont go back. Thanks John for your disservice.

Placed 2 delivery order in less than a week apart. The first delivery was very professional: A call was made prior to dispatch and again once the driver was at our door. Second delivery guy, however, decided upon himself to dump the load outside our gate.

We luckily stopped him half way through. The driver claimed that he called but no one answer him which is absolutely not true because 1.there’s no phone record of any call made 2. I have my phone on me all morning because I an expecting the delivery.

We live on a busy main road and it was absolute pain to have to drop everything to clean up the mess that was left behind.

Shameful business. Would not recommend this business to anyone.
- placed 2 orders 5 days apart and the delivery was almost double for the second time. No invoice provided of course
- Driver called John was very rude and arrogant. He spewed lie in our face non-stop and made us feel horrible despite the fact that he was in the wrong. We crossed checked all of our records and security footage and confirmed that none of his statement was true. He was overly aggressive and borderline abusive over the phone when we confronted him.
- Overall, beyond disappointing and I wish I took my money elsewhere.

Lisa is very bad customer service and very rude. She breaches the COVIDSafe workplaces law by not wearing mask while serving customer. I would rate 0 if there is 0

Below average experience. Ordered 3 cubic lawn mix and 10 mom pine bark mulch. Ended up with pink bark mulch more than one inch big. Quoted delivery $39 and got charged $50. Asked for invoice leaving in letter box, which was not.

Quoted quantity of product per bag as 40 litres, filled only 30 litres per bag and refused to correct the error after complaint.

Wow I was so disappointed today by Bayside Garden Supplies. I had pulled up excited to check out the options for landscaping my property (my kids in the car were also excited and were staying in the car). I had a particular type of rock in mind which was visible from the entry. A young boy motioned me over. I explained what I was after and what I needed it for. He was extremely aggressive and condescending from the get-go for absolutely no reason. I was very taken back by it. I just wanted to see some samples and get an idea of pricing. I kept my cool, remained professional and left feeling 100% sure I would never return again and felt I must share this experience with the public to warn others and for this business to improve. Please help him with his customer service skills so that this doesn't happen again.

Excellent service, Lisa worked out what I needed and even though they were flat out our delivery was still scheduled on time. Great team.

It's really hard to get anything done at this time, not helped by the rudest person imaginable, the lady on the front desk. I've been using (and recommending) this firm to other gardening companies for years now, and it's not the first time I've had to deal with her rudeness. But not any longer. There comes a time when one cannot cope any more with this horrid person. Good bye.

Good quality products. There are some cheap and nasty mulches etc.out there, but not at BGS. Great value, excellent service. I'll be back!

Garden supply venue located near the intersection of Boundary Road and Cheltenham Lower Dandenong Road in Braeside.
Drive in and park in the shed area for service.
Choose from a number rocks and Pebbles and garden furnishings as well as sleepers nails and all sorts of hardware for landscaping,
If you attend with a utility or a trailer the owners will load the material grain sand whatever directly into your trailer by the bucket with a small front end loader.
Prices are fairly reasonable, open seven days a week and most public holidays. Established business that has been there for 15 years or so.

There are other places closer however I prefer this business as they have better quality products and reliable, pricing is also very good
