Bayside Centre reviews
65Plenty of shopping to be done here, you will find just about everything here, head down and take a look
I had a friend give me a horrible haircut, went into hair edge and saw Puji she fixed my hair gave me a totally different hair style that i absolutely love. Thank you sooooo much Puji. I can actually walk around loving my hair.
You have to pay for parking and the parking at Bayside is a total joke. There isn’t even any good shops at the centre. It needs an update and FREE parking!
Bayside is a different shopping plaza, not bad except for having to pay for parking, good major stores and lots of small dtores
There is a lot of places an very spread out an not a lot of room to walk as they have a lot of stalls in the walk way's
Great place to shop.has everything you need. Parking costs like most places these days but is free on Sundays.
It’s great. Some more Larger budget shops like H&M would be nice. Paying for parking sucks but really most things you need are here. Once you get used to the layout the smaller size is a refreshing break from some monster centres.
Has all the stores you need for your general and basic shopping requirements. If you're looking for specifics best to call shops first. If you're looking for upmarket brands, best to go to somewhere like Chaddy. This is my local and it's convenient for me, my only gripes being the paid parking and constant game of "musical shops" (always relocating/ disappearing), oh and out of order lifts and escalators.
Most of the shops are good, but they need to fix up both food courts and put in better food places than the ones they have now that are cheaper and more nice than the ones now so your not paying a fortune and so your not getting and feeling sick from most of them now
Great centre, inside. Outside was drugged up junkies beating each other up, no security or police to be seen!
It's a nice place to shop, quite busy most days but overall most staff there are lovely and a clean facility
This centre manage didn't care about the shop owner and customer shopping feeling, they only care how to make a difference ways to make more rent and more parking fee. I live in Frankston over 15years, i am very sad to see many people don’t like this centre, they prefer go to karingal shopping centre, that is why karingal shopping centre is busy all the time. Even they is smaller than the bayside
Bayside shopping center is a great place to go shopping. It has all the stores you can think of, including a Target, and Coles. It is great for anything you can think of. The area itself is pretty big and it can be like a maze sometimes, but with all the interactive maps they have added this is very unlikely. It even has a Cinema across the road. Only giving it 4 stars because Parking can be a little expensive and the car parks are not big enough.
Well, I did not have a positive experience their today was buying food from Wendy's when a homeless and drug up guy come up from behind yelling that he wanted my coke on the counter so i gave it to him and brought another one, IT freaked me out a bit and when we left the shopping centre and was out side in shannon mall he was their and started following us again Frankston is not a safe place with the amount of drugged up people hanging around their all day. Only seen one security guard out side wont be going back anymore i done.
Disgusted today. Heaps of cars going in circles no available parks. No signs to say park full two exits blocked one by balstrade other by car that couldnt get out no staff in sight.
Parking is a huge problem. But once inside there is a great selection of shops. There are two food courts which supply fresh and affordable meals. Finding a seat can be a problem. Security can be a problem. However, there are plenty of security people around.
My car parked in Bayside centre basement was damaged in a hit and run.no security camera system, very unprofessional Centre staff, They advised an incident report will be lodged to the management and insist I don’t need to pay any excess to make an insurance claim as I’m not at fault.
REALLY? Based on the fact you CANNOT provide the details of the car/driver that hit and run? Are you serious Bayside Centre?
Viet Rolls Restaurant (on the top level food court) offer the most amazing Pho you will find anywhere in Melbourne. Highly recommended.
Alright place. Some of the people near their just ruin it. Plus you have to pay for parking and half the time they're broken and it creates a long line of cars wanting to get out.
Can always find what I'm looking for.
However at the moment some much needed updates are making it a little cramped and you will need to be patient.
But once renovations are complete it'll be great
So update:
Reno's are completed and the place looks fresh and modern.
Free parking in Sundays
