We shared Calamari, a pasta dish with glass of Pinot Noir. Delicious! Great coffee too!

Great food! Pity about the service. When we shifted to the table next to us, the waitress who seemed to have a large ego told us to move as we were a couple taking up a table of four and if a group of four came in we would be kicked off that table. Funny thing was there were two other empty tables of four.

Great food and great staff! Always service with a smile. Authentic Italian meal and price is reasonable too. The food serving is generous. Highly recommended!

Amazing food and even better service, we came here for a quick lunch and as soon as we walking in the waiter attended to all our needs and he even provided us with a kids menu and colouring page to entertain the little one which was nice.

All of the food was absolutely amazing, it all came out at the same time and extremely quickly. Would definitely recommend this place for the food but even more for the amazing service provided for us, I don't think I have had a waiter as attentive and efficient as the one at bay 101!

I was recommend the Truffle Salsicca pizza by our waitress and we also ordered a Margherita pizza both were very top quality, we had a few other things on our table which were also very good but the pizza did it for me.for sure the best I’ve had in Melbourne.

Must also mention the staff, they were great, friendly yet professional and very helpful.

Can’t fault this place.

Amazing service and amazing food. Loved the pasta, lasagna was a bit too salty but everything is was nice

Well today I tried to order over the phone a gluten free pizza for my mum who is coeliac. I asked if ham was gluten free answer was No! I asked what was and the man answering phone replied just the veggies. I then said I would get it from somewhere else but he insisted he could do a vegetarian pizza. I ordered it and upon pick up was horrified to have to pay$25 for their vegetarian pizza, $5 extra for the base and $2 extra for the cheese a total rip off of $32 for a gf pizza do what are we paying for $25 just for their veggies, and my mum was sick after it as I believe the cross contaminated the pizza with other gluten products as they mention that they make their own gf base. This place is ridiculous in their pricing total rip-off to the public. I complained about the price but owner didn't give a damn!

The best pizza i ever ate! But not even the food was great.the staff was very friendly and fast.
Would recommend everyone who have the chance to get here!

The prices are good too and when i compare to other pizzas the quality is more than worth it.

Young female counter staff were unpleasant. I ordered coffee, paid and sat down. After 15 mins the male manager came out and watched me, then asked girls “what did she order? ”. They replied, “just a coffee”. He said about me; “she’s going to try and sneak off without paying”. I have never done that in my life. Horrific experience.

If I could give zero stars I would! This place is a disgrace and their customer service is appalling, I ordered food from hear and after never receiveing my order I called up to ask them if it had been picked up by the delivery driver yet as I have not received my order and they simply told me they were too busy to look into my order and I would have to call back another time so I decided to walk down there as I live close and when I arrived they didn't seem too busy with a total of 7 people in the whole restraunt with 5 staff on the floor. Every dog gets there day I'm good at remembering faces

I asked if they take amex card and the response was sure. It's only when I got home and checked my balance I realized they applied a credit card surcharge without letting me know. Check your bill.
The service was average and if you're sitting outside it's too noisy for any conversation because of non stop passing negative trucks. I will never visit this place again.

The pizzas here are quite good. The service.a little inattentive and the facilities poorly maintained. But the food is worth a visit.

Just dropped in for drinks & cake. Nothing special IMO, fairly standard food & drinks at a price that was a bit on the high end.

Came here for brunch on new years day, one of the few places open and well worth it! Great food, fast service and friendly staff.

Another fabulous lunch here. Came here with a friend and had the lunch special we ordered a main meal and glass of wine for $20. I had the calamari salad my friend had the chicken salad. Both were great portion sizes. We finished off with coffees and tears from the cabinet. I had an ice latte which came out in a milkshake glass! And we shared the pear tart and house made little Nutella biscuits.

I had the big breakfast. Great little pork sausages and the home made hashbrowns.amazing. Coffee. I had to have another because it's great. Staff were very nice and helpful.

A great and authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of bustling Bay Street Port Melb. The service is always good either ordering take away or eating in. A great choice of pizza and pasta and a a fabulous breakfast menu - sweet tooth’s are also catered with cakes and biscotti. Good coffee however the only reason for 4 star is I find it a little expensive compared to other similar quality Italian restaurants although they are not in Port Melbourne.

Lovely gourmet pizza restaurant. Very relaxing atmosphere with great service. Huge cake selection if you just want a coffee and cake break. Close to the beach for a stroll afterwards.

I'm guessing the waitress forgot to put our food order through because we watched other people order, eat and go in the time it took for our food to come out. No apologies for our ridiculous wait time. Didn't come back to ask us how our food was. Which was no good and not worth the wait at all. When we went to pay there was no asking of how our experience was, not even eye contact made.
If there was a 0 star option. I would choose that.
