The team at Battery World were fantastic. I went in with an issue with the solar panels on my motorhome. They answered all my questions about what was possible. They had a look, fixed a problem and even cleaned the panels. Really good service.

Once to change my Dad’s Mercedes C250 Battery which they had stock and were quick. Much cheaper than Merc Dealers!

Third time to do a battery check - FREE OF CHARGE. They also honestly told me that my battery was only around 20% worn when I had Mazda dealership trying to charge me $600 strongly recommending a replacement.

Prompt and competent service. The battery I needed was in stock and at a cheaper price than expected.

Battery world has all types of batteries. It was great to get some limited availble bstterirs there. Good covid service coming out to your car.

I was looking for a particular battery and because of corona 19 I couldn't get it anywhere or even pick one up. I called battery world on the off chance and spoke to Elias, he was soooo helpful and told me what to do, I turned up at the store for a click and collect. I have been trying to locate a replacement laptop battery that no-one seems to stock. I have contacted several other businesses and been put in their 'too hard basket' every time or been told they can't get them.
I rang this store and they were unable to locate it but said they would get in touch with suppliers and follow it up. They rang me back later that day with some follow up questions and gave me an update on where they were at.two days later they rang me back telling me that nobody, not even the laptop manufacturer supplies that battery.these days the standard seems to be that you have to continuously follow up on things like this yourself. Although it was not the outcome I was hoping for, I can't blame them for the product not being available. I am thoroughly impressed by the way this store handled the matter.

Ellias was terrific.
Not only was he responsive when i told him my battery was going. He tested it. Explained to me what needed to be done. Replaced it very efficiently. Tested the new battery to make sure everything was working correctly. Could not reccomend him enough.
