Battery World Greensborough

I drove in with my truck and camper that has 3 batteries and I thought they were all dead. They tested all 3, tested my alternator and I only needed to replace 1 battery. It was all fitted for free, very fast service and very friendly. Blair was such a nice guy, gave my little boy some things to take home. Good old fashioned honesty, professional service and friendly as. Couldn’t be happier.

Hands down the best customer service I have received in a very very long time. Blaire received a call from me at 2.50pm on Sunday, 10 minutes before close. He matched a price I’d just received from the auto shop I had broken down in front of, as they couldn’t replace the battery on site and suggested I call Battery World. Blaire was there in 10 minutes, new battery in tow, replaced it in my complicated Volvo engine, in the rain, and was done in no time. And the best part? He was the nicest and friendliest person! I drove off with a new battery and a very big smile. Please don’t look anywhere else if you live in the area and need a battery - just contact these guys. Price and service will not be matched. Thankyou so much Blaire for the amazing service.

Brandon's customer service was impeccable. So friendly, so helpful and patient and really knew his products. When he was serving other customers including me, he was also answering phone calls on his own and nothing phased him. He just got the job done and one of the best customer experiences I have had. Elias was amazing. My job was more difficult than originally thought, but he came up with some great ideas to get it done. Even on a busy day, he managed to provide a positive attitude to not just my job but to every customer that was in store. Will definitely be coming back, and highly recommend if you have any questions battery wise to pick his brain.

Wow, I’ve never has a more friendly and efficient service before.
Everything explained in details, fitted a new Battery and I must admit that I am so impressed with the professional service given by Mohammed.
I will never go back to the RACV for battery service, Battery World leaves them for dead when it comes to professional service and fitting, plus price and service. Well done to the Greensborough Store, especially Mohammed, a top Employee.

Was booked in for a battery test here today only to get here & find a sign on the door saying they are closed due to "staff shortages". They could have told me that when I booked this morning & it wouldn't have been a problem.

Couldn't be happier with the service given.
From the initial phone call (Muhammad) through to installation of the new battery (Brandon) the service was excellent.
Tested out both the alternator, and battery to make sure the battery was the issue.
Very happy and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Hi I needed my car battery tested it found that I needed so I got a new car battery installed.it took in no time at all and at a great price and great customer service.

I came in to see if i could get assistance with an obscure charger. I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and informative.
