Great service and fair prices! Staff are exceptionaly knowledgeable about their products as well as their wide range of uses. If you don't know what battery you need these guys are well worth a visit. I have bought several batteries here for different vehicles and have found their advice to be helpful on each occasion.

Very knowledgeable. The bloke informed me that Supacheap Auto had put a rarely used, underpowered, over priced battery in my car. The replacement was noticeably cheaper, more powerful and will last longer. I received a three year warranty. Customer service was excellent. Will go back again.

Walked in the store wanting some advice on a battery for my mums mobility scooter. Jamie, the man that served me was an angle! Not only did he provide the information I was needing but also ensured I purchased the correct battery, and also looked over mums scooter and fixed the wiring to ensure she was safe and sound. I really appreciate the care you all showed.

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to the needs of my vehicle. I Went there suspecting my battery was on the way out and they were able to quickly confirm this whilst reassuring the health of the other electrical components of the car. I was offered a range of different priced batteries to choose from, which is nice knowing they aren't trying to shovel you the most expensive one they've got.

The guys here are very helpful and knowledgeable, and provide exceptional customer service. Prices are good too.

Quick service and good parts availability for the uncommon vehicle I brought in to get a new battery

Service was good, charging check on the camper trailer, not convinced it was done correctly. New 120A deep cycle dry battery looks very good, expensive so hope it lasts a long time, time will tell.

Needed a battery for my bike, they gave me 4 options and the pros and cons of all of them so ultimately the choice was mine.great not to be pushed one way or another

These guys are legends, you need it they got it I brought in my Samsung E12057T (very old phone) and they had the right battery for it and charger. Absolutely legends

Came in with what I thought was a flat battery, the staff member was fantastic and noticed the screw on the terminal was loose, after a quick fix the vehicle was up and running again.

Extremely appreciative the staff members didn't take advantage and let me purchase a new battery when the issue was different.will definitely use them for my battery needs heading forward.
