A prompt and efficient service. Dez was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I called about a dead battery and he came and fitted a new one within an 1hour. Would recommend for anyone with battery issues.

I recently had a great experience with the branch. My old battery was kaput and leaking acid and Dez took the time to clean up the battery holder of acid residue. Only paid for the Yuasa battery with the price as stated in their web site with the installation, cleaning and all checks being free of charge. So good job Battery World and I have no qualms on coming back because of the exceptional service, good brand selection and great value for money.

Went into Battery world this afternoon. Des had me in and out with a brand new battery within a matter of minutes. Car is happy again!

Fastest battery replacement service ever! Very fortunate to be just down the road. Chris was fantastic; it was all done and I was back home within 15 minutes of my phone call. Highly recommended.

Nothing is to much trouble for these blokes. Chris went out of his way to help ourselves, and the deep cycle battery that he expertly chose was very well priced.

DO NOT GO HERE, BAD SERVICE.
Not happy with the service, employee raised his voice at me to get out of the shop because I wasn't wearing a mask, I told him i was exempt, he demanded that I show him my exemption, I refused because he was shooing me out of the shop, and was raising his voice at me FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROOM, PLUS HE CANNOT DEMAND TO SEE MY EXEMPTION. Sometimes its not the customer that treats employees badly its the employees that treat customers in a disgusting manner THAT ARE BEYOND WORDS. DO NOT GO HERE.

I have been using these guys for over 10 years and have always received great service, and just as importantly great prices too. I had an emergency today with a dead battery and they made sure I was looked after, checking the alternator etc first to make sure a new battery was the answer. They also sold me the battery that I needed, not the most profitable one for them. That’s what you need, someone you can trust in these situations.

Nice shop. Prices match competitors but they go above and beyond and help you fit the battery. They helped fit my Mercedes auxiliary battery and added extra washers to the main retention bolt and also added a positive terminal cover which Mercedes did not include out of the factory, so overall great service and very satisfied.

I called them to get the prices for the batteries. The guy who answered the phone he put me on hold 10 minutes then he didn’t explain me the prices. I asked about the prices & warranty then he got upset. He disconnected the call without answering my questions. It’s very rude behaviour. They don’t deserve the customers.
