Elias absolutely amazing! Came out to me when I was broken down, didn’t charge me for the call out fee and gave me 2 brand new batteries half price

Elliott was very informative and helpful. I needed a batter to replace my NBN box and he was able to provide the best options to me.

Very expensive batteries. I paid $650 for their verta top of the range.
Don't feel that the service was good enough for the money that was paid.
It's just my opinion.

Elias was terrific and professional gentleman, he was a great help with choosing the right battery for my commercial sprayer and did the fit out included in the price, highly recommend.

Checking prices for new solar batteries, found a very helpful and informative gentleman when arrived at shop, answered all my questions with a professional helpful manner.

My Toyota Yaris is my baby … so when it wouldn’t start I was panicked. Elias was extremely understanding and he took care of my car as if it were his own. After completing the investigation he went through the options and I chose the battery I wanted.
I just took it for a drive and my car is running like BRAND NEW! A little pricey but you pay for quality - considering how fantastic its running now it was definitely worth every cent - honestly I couldn’t be happier! Elias is the BEST! Thankyou so much for the help:)

I'm incredibly pleased with Elias's service; very professional and knowledgeable.
If your battery is saveable, he'll tell you and save you good money. In my case, I wanted a new one to sleep tight for a while until I remember the car uses a battery. ;)
He provides several options depending on needs and preferences, but he'll suggest the most cost-effective one.
I'll get back to him in the future and will recommend him to family and friends.

It was great to deal with both Jacob and Elias, they spent the time to explain the options and the prices. Overall it was a pleasant experience. They offered to drive to replace the battery in my car or would fit it straight away if i made it to their workshop. Easy parking and easy to find.

Did not have a positive experience here - came in to ask for some advice and about battery products for my campervan setup, I was left waiting for a while with other customers served in front of me, and then while I was finally getting assistance he answered the phone and walked away. Quite poor customer service and a bit rude.

Also none of the products in store have a price on them, which i find quite frustrating. Would not recommend or return unless you have a very simple job to get fixed quickly.

Elias knows his stuff! He was able to get to the bottom of a very unique and annoying problem I was having with a camera gimbal battery. I would highly recommend visiting this store first for your battery needs!

Went to Battery World Fawkner today as I had a number of watches needing batteries. I was greeted
By Elias who was super friendly and casual at the same time. Some of my watches were a bit tricky, however Elias still managed to work them out as he really wanted to help.

Elias was super friendly and helpful. He tested my old battery and installed the new one free of charge. He gave me options for a new battery with varying prices and told me the benefits of each. The whole experience was quick and easy and I enjoyed our brief chat during the process.

Found ourselves in the usual annoying situation when a battery suddenly goes dead. Contacted Battery World Fawkner who assisted us at a number of levels. They promptly drove over to us, fitted up the battery of choice at a fair price. As I was just a short distance away, the only charge was for the battery itself. Problem solved and we were on our way again with minimum of fuss.
