The staff were knowledgeable and courteous. Elias was very helpful and prioritised the resolution of an issue within a short timeframe.

Above and beyond service, couldn't recommend them enough. From our initial call through to fantastic trouble-shooting and engagement with our team, Elliot and the team at Battery World Fawkner are a class above. Responsive, reliable, efficient and caring. Staff are generally friendly and helpful, however on this occasion I required a new battery. Found the battery cheaper elsewhere and in stock (called that place whilst in store here) asked if a price match was possible as i preferred this place having been here before - was denied multiple times - I found it bewildering that a price match was not able to be facilitated (not sure if this is something franchise wise but something you’d want to incorporate?) leading me to purchase the battery from Autobarn down the road, bringing it back for installation (which then went from $70 - $100 due to not having bought the inflated battery price in store) the staff are usually friendly and help where required but this was a real head scratcher I’m afraid to say.

Highly recommend heading down to Battery World Fawkner. Elias was very knowledgeable and helpful.very happy with the service l received.

Excellent service and very friendly. They not only sell batteries, but also check your vehicle to make sure nothing is shortening out extending the life of your battery.

Brandon is the man. He helped me out today with testing my old battery and supplying and fitting a new battery. Amazing customer service and a great customer experience.

Just got a new battery for my BT50. Elliot was fantastic and took his time to install the best battery for me and my driving habits rather than the most expensive one!

I spoke with Elias on Monday and he took time to answer my questions and provide options to my problem. I went in today and he solved it easily, politely and professionally. My Corvette is back on the road and starting up with a heavy duty battery with zero issues. Thanks again.

My motorbike battery died 2 hours before boarding the ferry to Tasmania. Found Battery World Fawkner on Apple maps and he changed my battery and checked the charging circuit in no time at all. Excellent service and yes I made the ferry:)
