This new kid on the block was only opened on Christmas Eve 2019. However it was run by experienced head chef Alex. It doesn't have hundreds of items on its menu like common Vietnamese restaurants, but what it has to offer are of excellent quality, well made, well prepared dishes. We tried a sample of dishes and liked them all: the fresh beef rice paper roll with rich peanut/satay sauce; the delicious tasty and crispy spring rolls; the signature 24 hour Pho stock with 1500 minute of slow cooked black Angus beef, and finally the rather Japanese rich macha and black sesame seed ice cream for dessert. It also has a vegetarian Pho version. Try once and you will sure come back for more!
