Barwon Heads Resort at 13th Beach

I am currently staying for a family Easter weekend. I have already booked to come back next year. The facilities and service has been so amazing. The staff have been so accomodating, for all of our family members. Thank you Sue and Michael, the kids are already counting down until next year!

Over priced for the level of accomodation provided. Very noisy in the morning with doors slamming. Dishwasher was faulty, one could not suit on the couch as it was so uncomfortable. One roll of toilet paper provided for a double room. The fly wire screens were full of holes. Front door lock was not easy to operate. I know I'm being picky but given the cost of our stay the condition of the room should be of a higher standard.

I had a fantastic day at Barwon heads. The club hosted the Victorian golf open, for both men and women. Great day with challenging conditions.

Nice rooms and golf course scenery is nice too. Accessible room is far from accessible. Beds are low. No room under beds for hoist. Bedrooms are small and no role in shower (room for shower chair but theres a 30mm lip to get in)

High price. No daily service. Lazy operation. So many little things could be done to change this place. Needs some effort.

I'm just doing deliveries there, I know us Blue collars don't belong with the folk looking down theirs noses with a frown at us. I'll be gone soon. Just doing my job.

Exquisite location for access to enjoy time having fun at the beach or playing golf and many other activities close by.

Staff was very unwelcoming because we booked on a different booking platform instead of their own platform. Facilities and location was excellent.

Peaceful and relaxing, enjoyed the beach walk and not far from town. (I'm not a golfer) but enjoyed my stay!

Came for a work conference here, and they also hosted our Christmas party here as well, Staff were friendly, food was good and accommodation was lovely.
