Barbeques Galore Richmond

We visited this store on Tuesday and spoke with Tim who was very helpful. He gave us a written quote for a seven piece outdoor setting, umbrella and base which we were very happy with. We returned to the store today (Friday) to confirm and pay for the goods. Tim was not there and John (?) was rude and aggressive and refused to honour the quote totalling $1360. We left the store and would not recommend this business under any circumstances.

Very impressed with the customer service. The staff were willing to deliver a BBQ that was sold out from another store so I wouldn't have to drive out to the other side of town. Stay golden Barbecues Galore!

I recently ordered an outdoor wicker dining setting. I was helped by enthusiastic staff to make a good purchase appropriate to my needs. Delivery was prompt and tailored to my calendar. The table was easy to set up with the help of a friend and the chairs came preassembled. All in all very happy with the purchase, so thank you. The chairs are comfortable and the table suits entertaining and everyday enjoyment.

For a place that is constantly out of stock I find it odd that you have a policy of not selling floor stock. Is the floor stock just there to advertise things you don't have?

And your suggestion? Try the Hoppers Crossing store, 40kms away, as they may have it. Instead of selling me the one you have right there!

The most useless chain with minimal range of cheap (not price) products that they don't even have in stock anyways.

Good service, no high pressure sales. And although there was a small issue with our purchase. It was resolved efficiently.

I bought my BBQ from here like 4 weeks ago it was priced at 499 and the worker was great and said due to Christmas 395 cash and it's mine

What can I say, it does exactly what is says on the tin. They have a lot of barbecues, ranging from under $50 to ludicrous amounts. There's a BBQ for everyone.
