The Richmond store is great. Made a custom order for replacement pillows as my outdoor set was chewed by the dog. Unfortunately after multiple visit to Holmesglen store, I was told me you couldn’t get them, not sure if too lazy or just didn’t know how to order. Richmond store I would highly recommend.

Sometime it is so unreal to find a salesperson who is that helpfull, courteous and expert in his product knowlwdge. We met Michael today to just having some information and he helped us sincerely and honestly, you are legend Michael. Feel bad that I did not buy anything today and took so much of your time but my next shopping is definitely from your store. Keep up the great work.

Had a warranty issue which dragged on with the online team but finally resolved. Michael (store manager) from Richmond was outstanding helping me to get some answers and made the exchange far too easy. He was very supportive through a frustrating process. Now, would recommend him and the store to everyone and won’t buy from anywhere else. Thanks Michael, you’re a champion.

I stopped by BBQs galore to grab some Christmas presents and was very impressed. They had an excellent range of meat spices and rubs, bbqs as well as outdoor furniture. I received great service from the shop attendants. I will be going back to purchase a new outdoor furniture setting in the coming months

Great service, thank you!
Today I came to refill two gas cylinders. However, they were out of date so I had to purchase new ones.
The boys in the store did the job. However, when I went back to my RV, the cylinders didn’t fit into my gas box.
I got the kindest and friendly service and got a full refund.

I visited this store to purchase a small grill. The sales people were very helpful, and I brought one of the smaller Ziggy grills. The sales people took all my questions patiently.
The reason I'm giving only 3 stars is because we were going to use the grill at a small party for the first time. Everyone came over, and only when it was too late when trying to connect the gas did we realize that the Ziggy has the newer LCC27 valve, and is completely incompatible with traditional gas bottles. We could not use the BBQ at all.
Being the first BBQ I had purchased in over 5 years, I had no idea of this issue.
It is imperative that sales people advise that appliances sold with the new LCC27 valve are incompatible with traditional gas bottles. It was disappointing to find this out only when it was too late.
In fact, I had even mentioned that I already have a gas bottle, and therefore brought the BBQ without it, and even then, no mention was made to ensure that the gas bottle is compatible with the newer connector.

My wife went in with three kids to get a gas bottle refilled. After appalling rudeness, they made her wait for 15 minutes when there were no other customers in the shop. They then gave her the gas bottle, made her pay, BUT HADN’T FILLED IT UP.

We purchased a Ziggy BBQ from Scott at BBQ's Galore in Richmond and the service was first class. The BBQ is really high quality and it was super easy to assemble and works like a treat.

My phone order experience with manager Phil from Richmond store was excellent and straightforward.
He handled all my questions professionally, provided the invoice in a timely fashion and gave me a reasonable expectation of how long the back order process would take.
To my delight, the order was then fulfilled faster than the expected 3 weeks and delivered in good condition, right to my door.
The assembly process went very well.
This barbecue works just as perfectly as every other beefeater barbecue. Delighted.

Wow!
My wife and I have had exceptional service on multiple occasions at Barbecues Galore in Richmond, Vic. In particular, staff members Phil, Charlie and Vicki have gone above and beyond to make our first barbecue purchase a positive one! We ended up buying all the add ons, gas bottle and all weather cover and can't wait to use our new Ziggy twin burner to cook up a storm. Will definitely be back. Thanks again all!

Apparently the store has gone completely self service because there were no staff in store. One staff member was in the upstairs office but proclaimed that she was on her lunch break and wouldn't be coming down.leaving five customers standing around waiting.until we all left

I had such a great experience buying my new Kamado Joe from Phil and the team at the Richmond store. I was having trouble securing a black one online, but Phil was fantastic in securing one for me. When I picked the Kamado Joe up (ex Chef) Trevor took the time to explain what I needed to get going and told me about the different smoking timbers for different meats. The Kamado Joe didn't fit into the ute, but Charle got me spanners and helped me undo the canopy so we could fit it in. I could not speak more highly of these guys.

I ordered a BBQ in store at Richmond and I was told it was in stock and arranged delivery for 5 January. The delivery date was cancelled by BBQs galore. I was originally advised it may be an additional week or two to have the BBQ sent down from Qld. I followed this up and was then told it would arrive by the end of January. I have now followed up again in February and have been told that they cannot advise when it will arrive as it is a 'bit hazy'. They should not provide false information as to availability of stock in order to obtain the sale and payment, when they do not have the stock or any idea when it will be available.
