BANG BANG

Food was very good. We tried most of the small plates as a group of three. The Korean friend chicken, spring rolls, and eggplant were all hits. The cauliflower and gyoza were a bit disappointing. The service was poor. Happy to give the benefit of the doubt if there are limited staff etc but it was simply not the case. Had to flag down staff for orders, for attention etc. Not once were we checked on, asked for anything…unless we flagged them. Fortunately we could pay by QR code at the table otherwise we could have been waiting some time. It was also very warm and we couldn’t wait for some fresh, cool air outside.

Such a great place for dinner in Mordi. Service is great. Cocktails are always a highlight! Staff are all friendly and attentive. Zero complaints. One of my fav places in Mordi.

The food was fabulous, we had one vegetarian with us and she was very happy with the wide range of choices - we all enjoyed every single thing we had! The staff member also went above and beyond to make sure our Seeing Eye Puppy In Training was made welcome. Would thoroughly recommend.

Amazing food! Raw Tasting plate, Eggplant (is a must), Korean fried wing, and prawn wontons. Could not fault anything.
The only downside is for the 3 of us each has two drinks and we shared 3 food items was $210 so pretty expensive and we didn't walk out very full. I’ll

Had an amazing time at bang bang. The food was next level, as were the drinks and service. We opted for the $89 set menu and it did not disappointment, hard to pick a favourite dish. Left very full and happy! Cant wait to come back. Cheers team ️

Well worth the price and the atmosphere and friendly staff of the venue only add to the good vibes.

Everything was freaken delicious! Literally everything. Have to get the chef's table (the feed me). The Wagyu tacos was amazing and the drinks were phenomenally made!

Came in for lunch with a girlfriend and we both loved it! Really nice atmosphere, super friendly & attentive staff and the food was sensational. The presentation of each dish was so impressive and everything we had was just so tasty. We will be back!

Great food, ambience, lighting and kid friendly which is a bonus. Absolutely loved the pork belly and the vegan dessert so highly recommend! The service was really good too! Definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu

I ate here recently. During the night I found a hair on my plate.

I alerted the waitress. All she could muster was 'oh my god' before taking my plate and replacing it (not any of the dishes, but just the plate). She did not apologize or mention anything about the hair again despite waiting our table for most of the night, as well as finalizing our bill.

For a restaurant charging the equivalent prices of some of the more established and 'trendy' restaurants in Melbourne, I found the overall service of the staff a little lacklustre. This is not only in relation to the aforementioned hygiene issue, but also in terms of table service.

As for the food, I found it nice - if on the expensive side considering the small serving portions.

Enjoyed a beautiful Mothers Day dinner at Bang Bang with our family. Lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere & fantastic food. Staff were exceptional & service was prompt. A wonderful experience.

Our favourite local restaurant. The crispy eggplant is one of the single tastiest dishes I've ever eaten and I'd happily have a meal which was just that!

My friend and I were served by Zoe, she was so sweet and charismatic, she brought a lot of energy and was so friendly to us. The food was delicious and filling. Loved it!
