Bancrofts Dry Cleaning

Outrageous prices! Charged $120 for a single item which was a simple dress that had to be cleaned separately. 3 items came to over $220. Completely over priced service. Dry cleaners by the station has much more reasonable prices and just as good.

I wont go anywhere else! Bancrofts drycleaning look after my clothes better than i do! I highly recommend them to all in Melbourne

I took my new Dion Lee pants to another (terrible) dry cleaner first and they actually made the stains worst. I went to Bancrofts in desperation and they made my pants look as good as new - life savers! Couldn’t recommend more - thank you Bancrofts!

Bancroft Dry Cleaning did an amazing job on a pair of pants. Prior to that I had tried myself to clean the spots and then I handed it in to my local dry cleaner, but without success. I would like to thank staff and management for their actions.

Terrible service. I had a dress dry cleaned for a wedding, to remove some stains on the neck and hem, and paid around $45 to have it done. They did a great job, so after the wedding (not even a week later), I decided to take it back to have it dry cleaned again, as I got some foundation marks on the neck. I was quoted $130 for the exact same job - if not less as there was much less staining. When I told the attendant I had paid $45 not even a week earlier for the same dress, she told me I "Oh it will be much more than that! You must have been undercharged" and she was adamant the cost would be $130. They clearly do not want repeat customers, so do yourself a favour and go to Toorak Rd Laundry Services (a few doors down, towards Punt Rd), where I was quoted what I originally paid at Bancrofts.

I would love to review the actual servicing of my garment but so far I can only review your customer service which is bad to non existent. I have attempted twice on email and left a message with one of your staff members to attend to my request for a specialty clean. Your staff member was nice and said that it was the bosses job to get back to me (whoever that is). All that’s happened so far is that my two email messages with accompanying photographs of my garment and my message I left with your staff member have been completely ignored for the last fortnight.

I will not attempt to contact you again.

My expensive wedding suit and tie needed a dry clean. I was nervous about finding the right place to give it a good service without any damage. Bancrofts were professional and efficient. I will use them again.

I travel 55kms to go to Bancroft because they are the most efficient and dedicated dry cleaners I have ever been to. With personal attention to serious stains and the cleaning of any fabric including delicates is second to none. I have had an experience where I left a valuable brooch on a lapel which was retrieved and returned immediately. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

In the last 2 years this establishment has lost it's high end Quality
I have heard that employee's & staff have suffered serious injuries working at this establishment. They really should be ashamed of themselves not only do the ruin garments but they have also ruined families lives.

SO HAPPY! In all honesty with Bancrofts dry cleaning you will pay that little bit extra but the QUALITY will be that MUCH BETTER, things no other dry cleaners would take I have seen get cleaned WAY BEYOND my expectations. If you have leathers and lace beads or need repairs BANCROFTS DRY CLEANING IS A MUST!
While 1% of things don't come out 99% of everything I ever brought in came back to me as if it where new again! Without all the chemicals.

They charge like a wounded bull! I have since found a great dry cleaner and only pay a third compared to Bancrofts. Go elsewhere, or prepare to pay through the nose!
