My husband and I had a really relaxing massage here for our 1 year wedding anniversary. The ladies that welcomed us were so friendly and calming as soon as we entered the Day Spa. We were made to feel extremely comfortable & the massage itself was so nice! Thank you again. We look forward to returning.

I took my mum here for a 2 hours pamper session and the whole experience was AMAZING.
Thank you to Nadine for being so accommodating and both Julie and allannah for the wonderful experience. Couldn't recommend this place enough and I have been to many.

As a surprise birthday gift to my sister, our double treatment package at Balance Mountain Day Spa was an amazing experience.
Absolutely lovely massage therapists, and a warm welcome by Nadine.
We loved the mountain setting and the beautiful building interior.

I booked last minute (2 day's notice) to have the Deluxe facial and was delighted with the service from phone call to leaving. The place is beautifully designed and ambient. The staff are friendly and warm. It was an absolute treat. The treatment was wonderful. I'll be back.

Came here for a couples massage and we were really happy with the experience. Wonderful atmosphere, lovely and skilled staff, and beautifully decorated. Will be coming back!

It was lovely to get out again and be massaged! Paid for a renewal package for me and a friend. I wouldn't call it a wrap at all as it was linen that was meant to go on top of you (considering the lovely therapist forgot mine) I would stick to a massage and facial for the same treatment at less cost. Nice pressure massage and as always/time goes super quick.

Fantastic. Treated our mum to a group day spa package, where the three of us had a 30min massage and 30 min facial. Would like to have longer time next time, but we had a lunch appointment to get to on this occasion. Highly recommend.

Just a beautiful morning spent here with my Mum and Sister. I received a massage and facial from Alanna - “Wow! ” - one of if not the best massage I have ever had. My shoulders still feel like they are floating:)

We had a hectic morning and we’re running late, but Nadine and staff went beyond to make sure that once we did arrive, we were accommodated fully. Their skills and hospitality I’ve not had at many other places. After our treatments we all sat in this big gorgeous room and sipped on herbal tea, chocs and fruit, and sat for a brief while in the outdoor courtyard.

Thank you Nadine and everyone at the spa for making this a beautiful birthday experience from my mum despite the hiccups we had on our way there.

We had a couples massage recently and it was amazing! Our therapists were extremely professional and skilled, my husband and I are feeling so much more relaxed! Having it in house was the perfect touch.

Went with my partner. First impressions were amazing. The whole place feels like a really nice home. The spa treatment worked my life problems out of me.

But seriously it was amazing and the therapists knew exactly what to do.

Will be coming back next time i need my muscles realigned.

Purchased the couples day spa package. The customer service was 110% spending time and smelling the aromas for our spa bath as well as being able to smell and chose the facial elixir.
Attention to detail, right down to selecting whether you'd like to be talked to a lot or minimally.
The massage was perfect, with the right amount of preasure and relaxing techniques.

The entire time, customer service was perfect. In an amazing getaway location as well with multiple great restaurants in the area for after the massage.

Would definitely recommend for a couples gift or getaway.

I love the products the team uses for the facials, really lovely combinations and beautiful smells. I wanted to say thank you for the facial and foot scrub yesterday. It gave me a little slice of respite from life's anxiety and stresses that we have all experienced over the last year. Thanks Holly:)

Just wow. What an amazing experience! My therapist was Wendy and she was simply incredible. She took the time to work out what areas to focus on and the correct pressure needed. She was professional and friendly. Truly a fabulous spa. Thank you ladies!

Gorgeous location, building & decor. Very welcoming & professional staff, we were able to enjoy a herbal tea prior to the treatment & there is an area to sit afterwards meaning you can relax even longer. The massage from Allanna was one of the best I have ever had. I highly recommend visiting here, I have already re-booked.
