Me and my partner went here for our anniversary and it was the best experience. The girls were so nice and welcoming. This was my partners first time getting a massage and he couldn’t stop talking about it. Overall a beautiful experience

Exceptional staff, dedicated and talented. Sadly the owner Nadine is incredibly rude, entitled, arrogant, lacks communication skills and her management style is disgraceful. Awesome little day spa. Enjoyed a spa, back massage, facial and foot massage. Worth every penny. Lovely massage girls with great senses of humour. Lovely environment, peaceful setting.

I was booked in for a massage from my wife, and I have to say it was one of the best massages I have had.
The massage therapist was Ruth, and she has a gift for finding problem spots and releasing them.

I love coming here and have for years. I've tried many treatments but my favourite is always the remedial massage. Nadine is amazing and knows my body well and how it releases. Very professional, great atmosphere and I would highly recommend trying Balance Mountain Day Spa:)

My husband bought a package for me for my birthday and it was sooo beautiful. The place was lovely and calming. My therapist was amazing and friendly! I felt so pampered. I'm actually getting treated again but this time I'm headed with a friend and I'm sooo excited!

Nice quiet place. I took my husband as a surprise. He isn't into the fancy, smelly massage places but this was a good balance. I had Holly and she had perfect firm pressure as ask. Would definitely be back. Only thing was when we finished, we got dressed and waited, had water but noone came out so we awkwardly left.

Booked in an 'Anyone for Tea' 90min treatment. Nadine was so nice and has an excellent sense of pressure and pace. Thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing. The building interior itself is gorgeous and well-curated to meld with its woodland surrounds. A must for any vacation and the perfect gift for all.

We booked a girls weekend away for my friends hens, and went to balance mountain day spa on Saturday.

The ladies who did our massages/facials were absolutely wonderful.

I had surgery 6 weeks ago, and was not able to get the original thing I wanted because I hadn’t fully heeled, but Nadine in the office was so understanding and suggest a 1hr facial for me instead where I was still able to get a beautiful massage on my neck arms and shoulders. My beauty therapist who did my facial was just so lovely, so understanding and nothing was hard for her at all. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed through the whole time with my first ever facial experience. Thank you so much to the whole team and balance mountain day spa, we can’t wait to return again!

Had a girls out with my family. Loved the location! The salon was beautiful and clean. Staff were so friendly and professional.
We had the x3 1/2hour treatments which included a fruit and chocolate platter. And we ordered the antipasto platter which was very delicious! The therapists were all fantastic. We couldn't have had a more relaxing day! Highly recommend it! Looking forward to booking my next visit.

A way to experience some tranquillity with a couple's massage at reasonable pricing in a beautiful location. Felt much more relaxed after our visit.

I had Holly for a 1 hour remedial massage. By far one of the best treatments I've had.

There was a form to fill out asking what I wanted in my treatment with how much talking/conversation, how firm/soft, problem areas, places to focus on, and Holly nailed it. I felt comfortable, relaxed and nurtured. Holly has an understanding of the human body, a range of knowledge, techniques and skills. Not once did I feel pressured to come back for follow up treatments. How ever I will be coming back for another appointment. Thank you Holly for your time, energy and services you made a tired sore mum feel renewed again.
