26Hard to park, but worth the effort. Great rehearsal rooms, all themed in ways that really get you into the mood to play.
Generally a great rehearsal studio. Reasonably priced. A variety of rooms to book. The only real issue is the drum kits we hire always have something wrong with them.
A recording studio run with love and skill. If I had an album to record, I'd pick the bakehouse, great ambience.

Best place to rehearse in Melbourne, every room has its own vibe and lots of personality.very inspiring
Veery cool space for band rehearsals or even a film project but not the most accessible location and it's pretty dark which is difficult for reading charts
