The staff here were super lovely! The blonde curly haired staff (sorry i dont know your name!) and the optometrist were kind and really informative. They were patient and understanding and gave me solid product knowledge. Both went above and beyond to help me find the right glasses, contact lenses and the right deals for me.

I have been a happy Bailey Nelson customer for about 10 years. This has been because of consistent quality of products at a good price, consistently great service and professional care. However, on this occasion, I was surprised that I could still be delighted by the friendly staff making it a great experience once again.

Extremely smooth and easy process, from the initial eye examination, to picking frames out, to deciding which add-ons I wanted. The working manager (Ilan, I think his name was?) was so friendly and helpful, I really appreciated his suggestions on which frames suited my face and ended up going with one that he recommended!

I had pleasant experience with Bailey Nelson on 23 Sep. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Most importantly very kind. It has been a while I had a positive experience like this. Very pleased.

Staff was really friendly, informative, and professional. Cute glasses too and I loved that they had a low bridge section of glasses that are suited for my cute Asian button nose hahaha would recommend!

Absolutely amazing staff. They squeezed me in without an appointment nearing the end of day as I was having problem with my eye and anxious abt it's condition and desperate to have a check up.

I had a fantastic experience at the Melbourne Central store on 3rd January 2022. The staff member went above & beyond to make sure I could purchase the sunglasses that I wanted. Super appreciative for their wonderful service!:)

This is the 4th Bailey Nelson store I've been to, tested at 3. Serial repeat customer as I'm now on my 6th pair of glasses.
They are the only optician with frames that are small enough for my face - I get choice!

Their service is superb. The opticians are really professional and provide great advice without pushing products on their shelves. They do offer additional screening, but make sure you know the cost when they do so and there's no obligation to say yes.

Staff are friendly, helpful and also give great service. There's no Bailey Nelson near me and they are happy to send the glasses to me by courier for a mere $10.
Also the opticians offer to email referrals to me so I can get local follow-up on issues as I can't get back to see them.

I've also popped into stores to get glasses adjusted and they've been really cheery and welcoming.

The optometrist and store assistants were wonderful! I was on holidays and somehow scratched my eye. No other place would see me even though I was in pain. Bailey Nelson fit me in right away and I was able to enjoy at least some of my holiday between Christmas and New Years. Highly recommend! Such good service and compassion!

Had a nice optometrist who got me in 5 minutes before my actual appointment, answered all my questions, and updated my scripts. Will definitely book here for my next appointment.

The guy who served me in Melbourne Central was approachable and above and beyond very helpful and giving me the option that I preferred and give me enough information about multifocal lenses. Also assisted me to look at my multifocal contact lenses.

Mark was very patient with our questions and with our needs as we were on a time limit visiting family in Australia. Also thank you to Jihoon who did the testing. He was very patient and kind to both my sons and myself. Mark made sure communication was essential to getting our glasses on time (especially with one of the changes we made), he went above and beyond what we expected; he did so much extra and this was noted. Mark made sure all our fittings were precise. We are grateful for the service and knowledge you have provided and will be back again when we come to Australia. Would highly recommend this store and the staff to help you if you ever need glasses. Very happy customers.

Came here for more than 5 times, normally the staffs are nice, but my recent visit experience was so bad. The optometrist was so rude, the way she spoke was so mean and act like she knows everything. I didn't expect her to greet me or smile at me, but at least be a little professional. There are more professional optometrist around Collins Street if you want to see one in the Melbourne CBD, and they are bulk billed.
