Amazing food, lovely staff and awesome vibes here. Coffee was spot on, wholesome and delicious food, if you are driving through Bacchus Marsh, be sure to drop in!

Cute vintage cafe, food and coffee are great. Great place to catch up with friends, lovely courtyard to sit in on sunny days. Only thing they could improve is to take bookings because they are a first in first served sort of cafe, so popular they are often full and several times we haven't been able to get in because all the tables were taken.

Such a cute little cafe, love the atmosphere around. Pretty crowded during meal times but lovely staff in and out.
We only got to get takeaway coffee, but definitely will be back for meals another time.

Bad service makes for a bad experience, cutlery was dirty, meals we bought out at different times, meals were wrong or forgotten, staff were unfriendly and didn’t have much organisation

Best coffee in Bacchus Marsh by far. Great breakfast, brunch and lunch good. Delicious and always service with a smile. Occasionally hosting live music on a weekend with some good drinks on offer. The team rocks.

The staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Very busy Sunday rush, but still received a seat and our food and drinks quickly.

Incredibly sloppy service but tasty food, if your order comes to you correctly.

Gave some of my group the wrong order entirely, gave us half washed cutlery, told us food items were out of stock 15 minutes after we ordered them & the service in general from some of the staff was depressingly bad.

Maybe work on communication in the cafe - the food from the kitchen was great but the service from the staff was poor, chaotic and disorganized.

Arrived at 11.45am to have lunch.
Fully booked so advised to leave my number for a call when table inside was free inside.
Never was called so found somewhere else.

Service was terrible, Dirty knife and forks, mixed up orders. Brought out meals at different times. Sold out on multiple items and didnt tell us untill they stsrted to serving.

I would usually give this place a good review but I waited 30 minutes for a coffee and over an hour for eggs on toast. To whoever was blasting the try hard 90's skate punk music over the speakers needs a sack. That s**t was anxiety inducing, especially when hungry. They usually play chill relaxing beats. The vibe is what usually brings me back as a regular over the last 5 years. I miss how this place used to be. They're trying too hard to be different now.

This was an amazing breakfast. The coffee was great and i was very happy with the customer service. I would definately come back and brunch at Baby Black:)

Lovely place for some calm breakfast or brunch. Lovely selection of sweet and savoury foods. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Probably the best cafe I've visited in Bacchus and Melton. Good coffee and food and nice atmosphere. Not enough of these sort of places around here.

Food was fairly average. We waited an hour before food arrived, the presentation and portion are fairly standard but not exceptional.

Nice stop on my way to Ballarat / Grampians. Love this little cafe and will definitely go again.

It feels very homey inside with the lamps and furniture and has a relaxing feel. Enjoyed my visit here.

Visited for brunch in late December. Place was packed. My partner had eggs plus bacon, I had poached eggs with greens. Both meals were delicious. My 'greens' were some of the best fried greens (broccoli, zucchini, kale) I have ever eaten - bloody beautiful! My partners 'extra' bacon was a very generous serving and of excellent quality. Skinny cappuccinos were also very, very good. Service was brilliant also, given how busy they were. Will be back.

Excellent coffee and very nice sweet treats. The decor was lovely too, full of character. It was very busy here on a weekday morning so it must be very popular with the locals too.

Food and staff are great, welcoming atmosphere, delightfully quirky building. Good coffee too! We will be back.
