I went to Jyothi in December 2022, as I was suffering from many ailments (Bartholin Cysts, Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Fistula and was on Pill for 5 years). I underwent perianal abscess surgery, and I had a fistula. I was not able to sit, stand or walk. Doctors suggested that I should undergo colonoscopy and Fistulotomy. I wasn't ready to undergo any more surgeries and wanted to try Naturopathy. That's when I found Jyothi. I don't really believe in magic, but I must say that Jyothi was my guardian angel.

Jyothi is empathetic and patient. She listens to and addresses my issues. I am very grateful to Jyothi for the treatment she is providing me. My fistula is 90% healed.

I am now off the hormonal pill. Jyothi is helping me in regularising my periods which is working well.

Dr Jyothi, in Malvern, is calm, kind, and very thorough.

I had a longstanding array of difficult physical symptoms and was in emotional despair by the time I saw her. Within 24 hours there was a marked improvement.

The clinic, on Glenferrie Road in Malvern is easy to get to by tram and only a few minutes walk from the train. Her fees are very reasonable.

While the medication provided by Dr Jyothi was working, her manner was disappointing. She sent me several medications without instructions on how to take them. After emailing her for the instructions, she gave me instructions to a different medication that she didn't even send me. I don't know if this is dangerous in ayurvedic medicine, but it doesn't seem to fit the duty of care for a medical practitioner.

Dr Jyothi had previously advised that it is not good to stop and start the treatment, but to continue it without interruption for maximum benefit. She went overseas without leaving an out of office message, and left me without medication for over a month. I had to chase her up twice to find out she was not in the country. I understand that this might have been for an emergency, hence an out of office message on her emails would have sufficed.

I do agree that the medication was working, but I didn't feel like I was a patient being cared for and had to follow up with her on several occasions.

I had severe back pain issues, it was so bas that I couldn't sit at one place for more than an hours time. Tried several medicines, chiropractor. These treatments didn't work.they were just a temporary fix.
And started looking for other treatment methods and finally found Dr. JYOTHI Her treatment helped me immensely and my back pain is soo much better now. Dr. Jyoti is currently helping me with my PMS issues as well.

I've been a patient of Jyothi's at her clinic in Malvern for a few years now. Her fertility services have been excellent and with her guidance I'm now pregnant. What I like most about Jyothi is her positive approach and her calm and confident nature and management with any fertility concern that is discussed with her. My only advice is to be patient as on some occasions herbs may take a little longer with the healing process as it needs to get to the root of the concern.
