Top service, they show up on time, call ahead and most importantly of all, they get the proper job done not corner cutting like other companies. We had another company whom were more expensive and couldn't even fix our gate properly. Automatic gates resolved it within 1 hr! They're my go to, now.

I engaged Automatic Gates to install two safety beams for my front sliding gate. Out of the five companies I contacted they were the only one that came on site to quote. Their prices were reasonable. The two guys who came on site to install were polite and professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Automatic Gates.

We have utilised the services of Automatic Gates for more than 15 years. They have serviced, repaired and upgraded gate motors at our home and most recently installed new video intercom. Simon, Ray, Phil and the team have always done excellent work. While this is laudable, their service and attention to detail is what this sets this company apart from others. We recently sold our home, but prior to settlement we discovered the old gate intercom needed repairing/replacing. Within hours of being contacted, Simon had organised an inspection of the issue and a week later the new intercom (a vast improvement on the old audio item) had been installed, tested and was working. We have no hesitation in recommending this company and its personnel to anyone.

I do not have experience with their craftsmanship which may or may not be superb. I do have experience with quotes though. We communicated by email but they never bothered to give me a quote.
