Have been coming here for a while having various skin treatments and my skin is looking great get lots of compliments

I got my laser service by Naomi who was a gem. I was so skeptical on getting laser and I wasn’t even sure how this whole laser works. Naomi put so much confidence in me and here I’m loving the results. She was very sweet and friendly and very approachable and always asked how was the previous visit. Thanks Naomi for the amazing service. Looking forward to visit again.

Be very careful of their $50 deposit policy when you book an appt. Had to cancel my appointment on the morning of as I fell quite ill. Was not possible to give 24hrs notice obviously. The nurse that cancelled for me assured me it was fine given the circumstances and they would be happy for me to use the deposit towards a future service. This was not the case when I tried to rebook. The notes they had left in their calendar were total opposite to the conversation that had occurred. My deposit was forfeited. Needless to say I will not be returning here. Very very disappointing. Willing to lose a customer that would have spent a lot more than $50 time and time again is not how I run my own business.

I get my medi-aesthetic peel and microdermabrasion with Sol at Aus Skin Clinics Altona Gate. She is very friendly and kind. She explains the use of all the products and I’m seeing amazing results! Highly recommend

I had an amazing experience with the O2 facial and LED therapy. Mauri was amazing as my specialist who ran me through all of the treatments and my skincare concerns. I am looking forward to my next treatments.
I had another treatment, Sol did my lactic acid peel and my skin feels amazing.

I was looked after today by sol, she showed me the importance of my skin and gave me so much knowledge, I feel so much better knowing more about my skin! The prices are also exceptional! I had my skin treated and it already is looking so much better! Can’t wait to visit next time

Went to this clinic to get laser on my lip, chin and underarms as the other clinc I went to was closed. I felt absolutely no sensation from the laser which is unusual. When I mentioned this to the technician, she was dismissive and said "this is a new laser that hurts less". I was sceptical but took her word. 4 weeks later. It is evedent the settings were either off or they were using a toy as it did nothing to my hair at all. Complaining g here as the clinics are not taking calls

Laura was fantastic- very personable and she has a great technique when injecting! I will definitely be coming back here.

All the therapists are incredibly kind, understanding and show genuine care towards your needs. I'd particularly like to mention how talented, knowledgeable and beautiful of a soul the therapist Emily is, I would totally get treatments just to talk to her! She is just lovely.
