The staff are all so welcoming, the clinic is clean, the treatments are beyond my expectations and I couldn’t thank the team more for their support and making my laser and skin experience better. Highly recommend!

The manager at this clinic is very unprofessional and unsympathetic. I had a simple concern and complaint about what I considered to be a lack of information provided regarding one of the services. I raised this with the manager and found her to be rude, unapologetic, dismissive, unsympathetic and did not listen or try to understand me at all. Ive never experienced a manager of a business in the service based industry this bad. She clearly does not understand how to deal with customers appropriately. Definitely will not recommend this clinic to anyone purely based on the manager there.

Saw the lovely Amanda for my first ever facial experience; a lactic peel, and could not recommend her enough! She made the experience fun and interesting and kept talking tome throughout the whole treatment, she was very knowledgeable, sweet and kind. Helped me organise a little routine for myself to help better look after my skin too. Overall, would definitely go back here and see her?

The staff at ASC Altona Gate (shout out to Sol!) are very professional and knowledgeable. I’m always treated with utmost courtesy and friendliness. They cater to my individual needs without being ‘pushy’ to sell treatments and products. The treatments I’ve had so far have resulted in a significant improvement of hormonal skin pigmentation and post acne scarring. The products sold cater for individual skin concerns and work well without breaking the budget.
