A wonderful learning opportunity, if you would like to further, extend or change your career. Alg provide great services, resources and teachers.

I had a great experience with the school (I had nice teachers) until I had to do my placement (i´m studing early childhood education). There was a low support from the placement team (even in lockdown times where there should have been more flexibity). The solutions were not student focused and most of the student have felt stress during that time. Please if you are planning to study early childhood education, think twice of ALG

My massage was excellent! Sarisa used the perfect pressure for a relaxation massage, I often find that the pressure is too firm and hurts but that was not the case today! Thanks again

Excellent massage by Supisa. It was better than a professional massage therapist. Her knowledge of various parts of the anatomy is exceptional.

Being a remedial therapy student here as a doctor with a medical degree, it does feel that certain trainers are undertrained and often under prepared for classes that covers pathophysiology theory of the body. Admin staff members often respond with generic answers that might not bring a concrete conclusion to certain issues within the training centre. Overall, satisfied but with space for improvements. Fortunately, the students have built a good impression for practical work.

Save yourself time, money and protect your own mental health by NOT going to this school. To summarise you would be teaching yourself and pay for a piece of paper, you will develop rapidly mental distress, anxiety, frustration and depression, you will never get your material on time, your assessments will be marked month after you submit them, don't count on the school to support you. Only positive things are some good trainers and when I needed my diploma asap they actually gave it to me asap.

I'm studying Diploma of Remedial in this school. Teachers are friendly and have massive knowledge however support team and school organisations are sadly hopeless.

I have contacted them for finalise my Certificate IV massage therapy qualification (This is a part of Diploma of Remedial) before I decide to go back to my country or move to other state for continue Diploma of Remedial since April. I was continually enquired for gain informations but it was very hard to have accurate answers. (even you receive replying it took nearly 2 or 3 weeks and you have to call and send same message repeatedly as well as answers were very unclear).

According to Scott Morison statement he clearly said "unstable visa taker should back to hometown" so I was planning to do it however my purpose of staying Australia is for learning. That's why I wasn't able to go back to my country or move other state until this school give me for finalise at least Certificate IV massage qualifications or give accurate guidelines.

During COVID-19 restrictions, school have to follow state government strategy so massage student weren't able to complete student clinic (practical work) but even the scheduling is difficult you guys were able to provide some options to Melbourne students.

For instance,
1, Fees and Guarantees.
*This was my expectation from Alg
*Even you go back to your country, you can complete your degree when the borders reopen. In addition, you paid off your Certificate IV tuition fees so we don't overcharge at all. (*If students failed exam and have to redo, it is the other story)

*Two choice of your study.
Refund tuition fees
Keep your tuition fee in a year. When you come back Australia, you are eligible to have face to face class. It doesn't need extra cost, we redeem from your fees.
*30% discount tuition fees.

2, Provide supportive informations.
*Red Cross
(with process lecture video)
*International student relief fund
(with process lecture video)
*Home affairs
(with process lecture video)
*Charity food place informations
*Free check student mental care up via zoom every Friday.

My flatmate is Language school student in Melbourne and these lists that what her school doing for Melbourne students. Alg students are studying higher education as well as our tuition fees is expensive than language school, but look, how different with you guys.

One of my class mate, she paid off tuition fee utill March 2021. She left only couple of thousand dollars for survive 2nd lockdown with this badges for buy food, pay rent, bills and so on. She claimed this school to refund next year tuition fee which is January to March 2021 (3months tuition fee) for add her surviving cost. However, student support team told her "Sure, but If you claim refund we'll cancel your COE". According to 500 student visa scheme, student must show enough amount of financial state at least for survive a couple of months or half year within work in Australia. However, Melbourne lockdown has been total over 6 months already. Imagine, even you cancel her COE she cannot back to her country because don't have money to buy flight as well as she will be suffering her normal life.

I seriously doubt this school student support team humanity. Put your hand on your heart, ask yourself you do right things.

I reported to cunslate this unfair, dishonest, planed extention for gain money from student constantly for maintain your business. I'm disappointed and it enough to traumatized in my life.

This is no meaning I know but I wanted you guys return my time for back to my country and waste staying cost in Australia.

I hope you guys have imagination of our feeling that how it makes the person depression deeply.

Melbourne students are all facing financial difficulties that's what I and my class mate requested you to finalize Certificate IV massage qualifications first. It's for start work ASAP after reopen business to recover our savings for pay next year Diploma course.

I'll confirm same this message via school formal complain form. You don't need mention it.

As I mentioned already, I have not studied in 10 years so starting this course in July 2020 was very new and overwhelming for me, especially having to learn via online zoom. In me opinion, ALG are very reliable and organised and the online class was easy to log in and very well laid out. ALG helped a lot also, by offering us 2 weeks more to pay our fees. The assessments were very well explained and set out and I learned a lot from them. My teacher was very helpful, patient and a very nice man. Our class rate him highly. I am looking forward to starting term 4 after the break. I look forward to studying on campus when restrictions lift but I am used to, and enjoying studying via zoom now. I would highly recommend this University to people and friends.

Good team and teachers. Very accommodating. Although the online system could improve as it has been tested by covid lockdown.

Do yourself a favour and DON'T STUDY HERE! The courses are easy enough to follow but it's all just horribly organised. They loose students' assignments and then tell that you have never submitted (and not just once), sometimes materials like books don't arrive in time for the start of the term, emails get ignored or simply forgotten about and the online system for submitting assignments is just terrible and even staff doesn't know how things work at times. Workplacements for student don't always get organised in time and for some classmates the college organised places, where they were not even allowed to do some tasks of the assessment or staff wasn't willing to sign, so that they had to do extra hours in different centres to pass. That's totally not fair as it wasn't the student's fault. Yes the college tries to fix things, but usually it's too late and it should never happen in the first place.
I know this is one of the cheapest places, but better safe yourself the time and anger, pay a little bit more and go to a decent place. The only thing I regret is that I didn't leave the college earlier.

When I first saw my masseur. Tong. I had my doubts whether she would have the strength to do the job. To my pleasant surprise, she had really good technique and was able to relax my muscles.
Most happy with the service and will be back soon
