Quality training, good academic and practical resources. I enjoyed my first term as we also visited the immigration museum, Melbourne museum and Street arts in the city. Good atmosphere. Easy access from southern cross station.

Just another run-of-the-mill school. Another so called "learning institution".

This school is not even aware that their students (who by the way are the reason why they are still in business) are human beings.

The lack of empathy from ALL their staff is appalling. Now with this automated email system for NOTICES and NOTIFICATIONS they only make the student feel alienated. Automatically and non-humanly a system asks you how you are and why you haven't made an assesment or payment, all for nothing because if you answer this, the same automated system will answer you.

I would also like to mention that most of their trainers are not even fully prepared for the topics of the different courses. Many of them do not master the concepts, terminology and topics discussed in the course. A school that boasts of being strict and yet is just another one of the bunch run by a POOR AND MEDIOCRE system, in which I feel I have not learned and wasted a lot, a lot of money.

I love how accessible the location is and I am happy to have a very good, friendly and knowledgeable trainer:)

Great school! Everything they had taught was very useful and it made me better on how I work. Would recommend ALG any time of the day to anyone to study at.

Do not even think of wasting a dime on this institution. Awful student experience service. Probably all the replies you will receive for your concerns and issues about this school is a copy paste verbatim full of sugarcoated words and false reassurances. One thing any student from ALG would agree, they are the best and never fail to remind you of your due tuition fees. Like, WITHOUT FAIL. I’ ve had 1 full term here where we were given an instructor via zoom who would just read all the words from the powerpoint presentation and nothing else. The quality of education in Victoria being the education state? HA! Impressive!
I have just recently finished my final term, submitted all my assessments on the deadlinec BEFORE my CoE expired so then the school DOES NOT MARK my assessments until after my CoE expired. So, now that I have followed up multiple times after being given false reassurances such as “out head office has been made aware of your pending assessments and we will update you once there’s an update”. Fast forward to this day, I follow up ont my CoE just to be told that I need to pay them MORE MONEY to EXTEND MY STUDY. Why in the world would I need to extend my study if I submitted all my final assessments before the deadline and before my CoE expired? So, you guys are saying I have to give you MORE MONEY just because you decided to mark my final assessment AFTER my CoE expired.
This school needs to be dealt with LEGALLY because the extortion they are doing to international students are above and beyond. Kindly pull up my email exchanges with your “student experience service” who are “working very hard” so you can see how all these false reassurances and incorrect information has happened. Guys, it’s not worth going to this college, service is horrible. When it comes to the point to get the certificate, then the fun part starts. I had a class mate which had to correct one of the assessments, they told him that he had to pay $2400 just to make the resubmission. After he complained they got them to pay $100 (can you actually see how dodgy they are). Out of all I’ve heard about this place I’m sure they should’ve been reported to ACCC or CAV, but people who study here come from different countries, they don’t have time and money to escalate it to that point.

Disappointing. There has been minimal to no support at all from this school. I strongly do not recommend anyone enrol with this school.

It is a waste of money and time. They make you come to classes with nothing planned. Tutors come in clueless - no teaching plan.

Student support is very unhelpful and equally as clueless about what is going on.

What a shame.

General overall is great, but i do have one recommendation it is not a good idea glove during massage session as it take away a massage experience.

ALG is a great place to study and get your desired education. Knowledgeable teachers and assistance is always available.

Excellent massage. So lovely to have students working and learning again.
I had the remedial massage today and we discussed the correct pressure and got it just right.

The support team is very responsive and helpful especially Vania and Jilcs they’re very easy to talk to and helped me out a lot with my work queries.

Such a great massage, truly amazing. One of the best sessions I’ve ever had. Coming back for sure

Do Not Go Here!
Students are taken advantage of. Classes were canceled last minute 3 weeks in a row with no adequate notice. When classes have resumed, they have been rescheduled to different days of the week, making it hard for students to attend.

No refunds or compensation have been offered to students, who are now being forced to not have a break between terms.

On top of this, students from different levels are put into the same classroom, so students at a higher level are forced to do beginners lessons while having to learn their own content by themselves.

This information has come from multiple students.

Waste of money. Do not study here. They can’t find trainers, that’s why we are still studying online! It’s diploma of remedial MASSAGE therapy and we are studying online. They have one teacher (Emma) and she is giving us all the subjects. It means 3-4 subjects 2-3 days school and one trainer. That’s unbelievable….

I met very nice friends here and the trainer are so professional and experience.the study room are so comfortable and easy for travelling. Very good technology and document support.

Good teachers! That's the only good thing about this RTO. No financial rebate was offered even when the classes were online and we weren't using any resources on campus (not that there are many anyway compared to other RTOs who provide more resources for less fees). No laptops to borrow, no extra study spaces, no quiet areas, crowded campus, has only one kitchen which gets insanely crowded during lunch times, no counselling help, no study help, limited school days that suit the RTO (even when online), no photocopiers, lack of teachers. It's all about the money for this RTO. Inspite of writing to the team, seems like they don't understand and care about the struggles international students are facing at the moment.
NOT HAPPY with their lack of support. Avoid ALG at all costs.: (
