I've been going to ALSC for over 5 years now and will never never go anywhere else! I've seen great results and they don't suck your money by using low grade laser like other places I've been to. Special thanks to Aliki who had been amazing! Thank you ladies.

Absolutely love this place, I have been coming here for the last 5 years and would recommend it. The staff are all friendly and professional. My treatments are with Aliki, she is very professional, precise and I've seen amazing results. Definitely would recommend.

Im loving this clinic. Steph is amazing and my skin is looking great because of her. I recommend the carbon laser peel. My skin is looking amazing after my first session. Everything about this place is bad! I was talked out of the service I went to get, and was told a much more expensive option was better ($99 laser vs $1200). Unable to get the required 2 weeks off work after the treatment i was sold a package for a peel in the meantime. After 2 treatments i have a red scar on my cheek where i assume the peel gave me some sort of burn, a white bump also on my cheek and terrible pimples. I also have extreme sensitivity to heat. If i am in a room with a heater on my face looks and feels like its really sunburnt. On the day of my 3rd treatment i had gastro and tried to reschedule but was told i had to produce a doctors certificate or forfeit the treatment. I wont be going back.

I was on my 3rd or 4th laser session when I got a particularly unsympathetic lady. The laser was far too hot and she was doing my legs and I kept jumping. She kept telling me off for jumping, did not turn it down until I burst into tears from the pain.
Also very hard to get appointment times, you do need to book many weeks in advance.
*EDIT: response to owner: No I haven't mixed up the clinic, it would be under my maiden name, it was a year ago, I won't be calling, you can keep my last sessions.

Twice I have had the most rude and unpleasant girl do my laser it has made me want to change laser clinics. Last week I went for my usual laser appointment. I parked about 600m away and walked in 40 degree heat to my appointment. I was then greeted by the therapist who I think was called "cass" but didn't see a name tag. She then started bluntly asking. "have you been exercising? " "your face is red" "have you been sun baking because your face looks sunburnt" I explained to her I had rushed to get there and I parked quite far and was power walking, also I had no make up on as I had just had a shower. Unfortunately she couldn't take my word for it and was so rude in explaining the rules and regulations because she obviously didn't believe me. She then continued to talk to me with attitude until she was finished. This was the second encounter I have had with this girl, the first time the laser was so hot I was jumping and she wouldn't stop. Nor did she offer to take a break or turn it down she literally had a facial expression on her face like "suck it up". It was that bad I had tears in my eyes and she was telling me next time I should "request" a different machine that's less painful. After my last laser session that I've already paid for I will not be returning to this clinic and I will not hesitate to let others know of my unpleasant experience. It's not hard to be a nice human being.

Fantastic clinic (one of my favs) its super clean and professional. I've gone a few times now for my skin receiving a combo of microdermabrasion and laser facial with Emily R. I highly recommend her for all your skin concerns. Super helpful and great to deal with. I've already spread the word and have referred a few people who love her and the staff. Thanks for making my skin look x100 better and feel amazing!

The girls are amazing, their service is fantastic. They make you feel so comfortable and relaxed, and they take note of things you like and don't like. Kara and Dianna especially. Thanks girls, keep up the amazing work!

I couldn’t recommend Dianna enough. She is so sweet, friendly and always looks after me when I get my laser done. She is the best

Many many Thanks to Diana from Mooneeponds Australian Laser and Clinic, she get me ready for summer, we completed my laser treatment in last week and I ve never disappointed with my app/treatments. Her effort, knowledge about the what is suitable for me which machine and the way of the treatment explained to me patiently, professionally at the comfortable atmosphere that she created for me. I would definitely recommend Dianna so She is very friendly and knowledgeable!

Came here to clear my pigmentation that I have from sun damage and breakouts from studying etc etc and the girls at the front were superrrr quick to make me pay upfront for a package deal. Each time I went I was charged 100$ for a 3 minutes.not even joking you.a THREE minute high intensity laser being pulsed all over my face. I remember walking out worse than I came in and my face didn’t get better ever. I realized by the 3rd time this place was useless and made up of money hungry staff who are uneducated techs and don’t know that with hyperpigmentation on fair skin low light needs to be used for a prolonged time rather than using high light super quick. Ugh just be smart and know where your money is going. Ps my tech laser was named Helena. Not sure if she’s still there.

Been going here for years for a combination of microdermabrasion, laser facials and laser hair removal. I see Emily for my treatments and I'm happy with the quality, explanation, and time spent on my treatments. They are an extremely busy clinic, so it's best to book in advance if possible — and you can move an appointment, you just need to give sufficient notice.

I have been going to this skin clinic for many years now. I have had laser hair removal and skin needling done here. I am extremely happy with the results of both the laser hair removal and skin needling. I had very bad acne scarring from my teenage years, and so far the results are outstanding! It’s like I have new skin now, it’s so smooth and clear! I would like to thank all the staff who have assisted me over the years but in particular I would like to thank Dianna. I was so apprehensive about having the skin needling done but she assured me that the results would be worth it! Every time I have a skin needling with Dianna she is so excited to see how much my skin has improved each time. She is very passionate about her job and she really looks after you. So if you have ever thought about getting skin needling, stop hesitating and just go and see Dianna to get it done! You will never look back!

I came in and was treated by Kara so professional and a fantastic service, money well spent! Great range of products and prices and all the girls there were so friendly and easy to talk to! I would always go back.

I don’t usually post reviews but I think the girls at Moonee Ponds deserve it. They’re always very polite and willing to assist. A special thanks to the amazing Aliki who does my treatments. She’s always got a genuine smile on her face and goes that extra mile to make you feel comfortable.

Don't go to this place. I had laser for five times there. They are so fast in doing it. I still have hair remaining

This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had. The girls rushed, used a machine that was not recommended for my skin type. This machine made the process "faster" but in turn burnt my skin and left marks for 2 weeks. I've tried to call and speak to the manager where the receptionist has stalled and told me they would call me back, where I would get no phone call. Worst practice with even terrible customer service.
