I’ve been doing laser for many years and this is definitely my favourite spot - best equipment in the business, friendly staff, clean and professional environment!

The staff were welcoming and friendly- the procedure was seamless and very well explained- it was on special and i received a third off the price. Unfortunately, I got a parking ticket which voided the discount- information on parking options on the email would help as I had a 40 min procedure but was gone for 1 hr 15mins and only saw 1hour parking.

Had a booking with Stephanie. Phoned up to say I was going to be late. Stephanie Found time to squeeze me in for a later appointment. Really made my day as I had no other time to come in and Stephanie very good at what she does highly recommended

Im really disappointed with the customer service. I informed the clinic that i can no longer complete my laser package due to pregnancy and that once the borders open i will be relocating to queensland so therefore i cannot complete them after. I Asked for a refund, but was told i could use a credit with product and that i would be contacted. Two and a half weeks later i am receiving text messages to confirm my laser appointment. I just wish i never purchased from here. Its such a shame because most of the staff are very friendly.

Had laser tattoo removal. Exorbitant price, paid about $2000 for 2 packages during their "special" 6 sessions deal, works out to be roughly $200 per a session from memory for 3-5 minutes of work, but regardless i wanted it done. Tattoo was done in halves, but they would always forget and always asked me "which half it was this time". Several times i told them it was the top half and they still asked "Its the bottom half today wasn't it? ", sometimes they would put the wrap on the irritated skin so it doesn't rub against the clothes, most times they would forget though so I'd just walk out with cream stuck on my back and shirt. It's all friendly and professional during the "free" consultation, but after you've paid, the service is very sloppy and rushed, your just another quick cash cow.
In the end i didn't bother turning up to the last few sessions as it wasn't going anywhere, even though i paid for them.
Not sure about other services, but look elsewhere for laser tattoo removal.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Explained everything very clearly and can tell they know what they are talking about. Not pushy at all. Treatments seem reasonably priced.

Called the clinic and was kinda shocked at the service, I decided mid conversation I would not be going to this clinic. Maybe the person I spoke to was having a bad day, but first impressions are everything lol.
