Unprofessional staff
Did my security course 2 month ago and still struggling to get my certificate
Have been there multiple of times and every now and then call them for certificate they always have some excuse ready
The lady anna at reception and gitansh he is really rude and always ready with excuse for not giving certificate.
They just try to turn you away
Be careful befor chossing acot they are the worst and most unprofessional in city
Bad experience in my life regarding about the college. Worst collage in the Melbourne not recommended
Too rude staff. I am trying to change my kitchen timetable from last 6 weeks even though I didn’t get any response. I called them almost daily but they told me one of our staff will call you back but they won’t. They are playing with student’s money, time and career. At the time of enrolment they told me like we are flexible about the kitchen classes provide class at any time but. I am sick of calling them. Please don’t waste you time and moneyin this clg.
Love this place as it's my educational provider institute. Staff is really so cooperative & supportive. Construction inside the building so lovely. Place where I would love to seat quietly and can follow the Hobby for cooking. It's always peace around.
There work ethics are really good. I was called for an 11am appointment, and then told to wait for an hour. They are always busy doing nothing, and if you are an international student by any chance, you will receive a warning letter every week threatening you to get informed to Border Security Force. Honestly, they will not teach you a single word but your academic performance will be monitored, and you will receive a letter about that also that you are not performing well. Just avoid them.
