Staff is so unprofessional, first they enrolled me in a term and then called me and said we are going start that batch end of next month, so I applied for refund. But now its been 2 months and I’m still waiting on my refund there is no proper response from them every time I call them they say you will receive it soon and no proper response on emails at all. Every week I call the office and most Of the time they don’t even pickup the call. And when I call the guy from admissions department about refund he always says that he will inform me in 10 mins and then never calls back.

They only care about fee not about student. Always threatening student for coe cancelation only for small small stuff. If you ever thinking of doing advanced diploma in this college thats the worst thing as the tutor doesn’t know how to teach student and college want you to pay the fee in 4 month which is 7 month full course so that even you dropout they get the fees.

Students are well looked after by the teachers. Recently finished my cert III commercial cookery with ACOT.
It is a place to be and you will always get all the support you need. Highly recommended

All they want to pass you in your unit is money…if someone says that you have to extend your coe or you arnt going to pass just give them $50-$60 they will pass you.junkiessss

If u getting admission in this college let me tell you the best part of the getting education here is AMAN SIR. The best student and teacher relation is maintained and he is very helpful in every situation. Being in his boundaries he always does more help than a student can expect ever… I recommend this college and specialty I recommend to get trained under Aman sir…

Never go to this college for any qualification. Noone replies to email and noone picks the call. Emailed and called everyone for small thing and nobody replied. Very worst college in australia.

To this college, if you go here you will finish your cookery in 5 years.trainers are not helpful at all, they will keep on marking you incompetent so you can be re-enrolled and charged with extra money.

One of the worst college I have ever study in my entire career. The staff is not cooperative at all. They will extend your course without any solid reason. They will harrass you by not replying to your emails or phone calls. You can never get your certificate on time because they will give you unnecessary reassessments and then extend your course. I have seen many students studied with me who are struggling to get their certificates on time. I didn't get my certificate on time due to which I got late to apply for my PSA. So, I recommend please don't waste your time, money and energy enrolling in this college that is not professional at all. Go to any college but not this.

Ana has been very helpful and supported me in completing my course at ACOT. The girl at the reception, Himika is friendly and welcoming. I had a great expeirnece and would recommend the college for studying cookery! The kitchen facilities are industry quality.

Friendly staff members, expressly, Steffan sir, whom i found most cooperative and knowledgeable with absolute teaching technique.he will make you easily understandable with any topics with real life examples. You would enjoy your journey

I finished my cert3 and cert4 from Acot. My experience was amazing, college staff is very cooperative and helpful to student and the way of teaching in Acot is very impressive. Specially Steffan sir, I like his way of teaching.

ACOT The best college in The Malbourne Specially in cookery, I did certificate 3,4 and diploma from there. Teachers are very helpful and admin staff are also experienced. I recommend this college.

Would not recommend at all. Worst school i have ever been. Save your time and money and avoid this school.
