Brilliant service from Graeme, Matt and the team at Australian Antennas. Problem diagnosed, explained and fixed within a couple of hours of my initial call. Highly recommend them.

Anthony, the technician who attended to the job, was very polite and patient by explaining the problem to us and solving it on the spot. I own a building company and have found Australian Antennas to be a very Reputable Business, they are responsive, easy to communicate with, on site when they say they will be, and do great work, i highly recommend them, keep in mind we have had multiple antennas installed on many different sites, not just 1 at home that went well, they are great to do business with.

Anthony installed a new (appropriate and better, thanks to the initial advice I was given on making the appointment) antenna to my complete satisfaction. Apart from doing the job in a very efficient and skillful way, Anthony was most friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to meet him. Thoroughly recommended.

We have had the same gentleman come to our property twice now. He may know his topic - why would we engage him if he didn't - but has terrible people skills. He is gruff and frankly not interested in his clients. We found him patronizing and his tone was almost accusatory. Not to mention that snigger he uses as if he is saying you're an idiot for not knowing what I do. Well fella we are smart enough to not want you back. As for your work we feel your first visit sowed the seed for the second because you didn't put in the best solution nor warn us what could happen. We wont use you again

I was blown away by my recent experience with Anthony - not only did he arrive promptly on time (with a lovely confirmation phone call from his office 1 hour before), but his friendly demeanor, clear explanation and positive attitude made him a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend Anthony or Australian Antennas!

Quick and Easy! Went above and beyond to notice that we already had fiber and didn't need to install an antenna which saved us a tonne. Thanks for the help Mat + Karen!
