I had these guys install cameras and upgrade my security system, and they were fantastic. There was an issue with an item, and they were straight out to replace it, and when I have had questions they are super quick to respond. Very professional and outstanding customer service. Very highly recommended.

I read the online reviews, and thought that they were probably too positive to be truly representative. However, my experience matched the experience of most of the reviewers. The company was very easy to deal with from start to finish. Booking a service visit was straightforward, I was kept informed of the time of arrival, and the service person was very helpful and informative. This is the sort of service that one hopes for, but doesn't always get, from service providers.

Excellent service. Anthony provided the best solution for a job which was not straightforward, after discussing and explaining to me. Communication with the office was also prompt and also helpful which I find bit rare nowadays! Reasonable price. I would recommend them and would use them again.

Service was great from the moment I called to book a quote. Graeme was friendly and helpful and the quote was reasonable. Once the quote was accepted, Graeme arrived on time and he and Gordon completed the job efficiently. Highly recommended!

Ask for Gordon. He explained everything, I expressed my wish for some extra little things, we found a common lenguage, he installed everything, and he saved me hours of work if on my own. He didn't offer me any fancy things we may not need in our area, he didn't even try to sell us something we don't need. And significantly cheaper than other companies quoted in the past. Great guy and expert.

Punctual service and top quality install by Anthony. I really appreciated the time he took to run through things so I could understand what he did. Anthony even come back to let me know that a tree was overhanging the roof and advised me to keep an eye on it so it didn’t interfere with the antenna.

I advised we had issues with losing channels on the odd occasion, a quick call and we had a tech onsite within 20m. That's quick service. Throughout the whole time the tech (Graeme) was onsite he explained what was happening to our current setup with our splitter and older antenna. Checked cables replaced old antenna, raised the pole to better coverage and we got a huge improvement in our TV reception. Great work done by Graeme. Very professional.
