Did the course in Melbourne CBD, our trainer Roger helped us enjoying it a lot, with a laught but serious explanation of all the topics. The day went by very fast and I came out with a lot more knowledge and ready to be a CPR soldier!

Great seminar held by Faith today-very knowledgeable and fun in her delivery. Was able to cover basic first aid in real talk that we all understood, highly recommend! The 165 pre questions were a little off putting however the in person class made up for it!

The Instructor Roger was funny & engaging & made a dry subject interesting. The learning environment was well situated & resourced. If some of the Students bothered to turn up on time & had their lives not linked to their Mobile Phones, it would have been more enjoyable.

Faith was an excellent trainer, she provided ample room for questions and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I’ve done a few First Aid Courses over the years with various organisations and this one was by far the best. Faith, the instructor, was passionate about the content and taught in a way that was clear, concise but also enjoyable. 5 stars easily!

I really enjoyed the training today. Ronnie was an excellent instructor, the delivery of information was concise and the class structure was professional but with the ability to have fun and share a few giggles. I will definitely be going back for training next year.
