Very informative, and i feel more confident with my first aid skills now. Was great that I could do partially online and partially in person. The first aid trainer was very knowledgeable and made it very easy to learn. I got my certificate the same day we did the practical assessments.

Trainer Rony is very professional, friendly and respectful. Loved how he didnt just read from a power point, he kept us engaged.

Had my first aid and cpr refresher today. My teacher for the day was Zoe. I found Zoe to communicate and keep me engaged the whole way through. She was able to relay information from real world to the classroom very well and i found i have retained most things from the day due to this. I recommend this company and Zoe for anyone looking to complete their first aid.

First aid training can be a little dry for thoes who have to maintain the qualification however the Trainer Roger L made the session fun whilst delivering the key elements needed to maintain certification. HIGHLY. Recomend.

I’ve done my cpr at the AWFA city cite a few times now and Zoe is amazing! She’s incredibly engaging and made me feel confident in what I was learning
