My Phone Needed to Two Visits to become Functional Again. New Battery Required but the Job was not Satisfactory the Phone Screen is not Fully Taken on the Replacement Adhesive Used.

Absolutely terrible service. Should be zero star. Replaced the battery but the earphone slot stopped working, the lady in the repair told me to come back next day to find the guy who repaired it, but she actually was doing repair. And she even said they were not responsible for the the earphone slot, and I told them you guys could simple open it and see if anything detached (I saw troubleshooting on the web and it indicated should be something disconnected). The lady said won’t do it. And I asked them to give me tools i did it for myself on spot (i didn’t have tool at home) but they also refused. What a terrible service experience. Would never and ever go back. -: (.

Extremely satisfied! Good customer service, skilled and friendly staff. Better than any other mobile repair shop I've been to, they explained what's wrong with my phone rather than just give me a quote and tell me that it will be fixed. Moreover the job was quick and professional.
I'm definitely going here from now. Thanks guys for your patience and excellent service.

They sell rubbish and I question thier poor workmanship and poor custermer service I got my phone repaired 2 times in a week thier wasent enaghf glue under the screen and I got glass protector and with the smallest taps they were gone when I raised the issue they did not want to help dispite charging 1st$ 170 then second time 140 I will never return

I went there to get my screen repaired. And at the same time he changed my battery. And now the camera and light sensor are screwed.

No one come to this place!
I had a problem with my phone and was told that I was going to get a new motherboard installed. When I picked up my phone and got home I realised that I had someone else's personal photos and things installed onto my phone. When I went back and told them I wanted my motherboard back they argued and said they were going it for something else and that I had to pay for it if I wanted it back. Horrible service.

Do not go here! Had a screen replaced. Functions fine but not secure. Front camera covered in dust. Can use fingernail to pull off screen. Terrible!

Had a battery installed in my phone, had issues 2 weeks after, they seemed happy to try to fix, issue is now resolved.

Paid $25 for a screen protector, after 2 weeks it fell off. Went back to ask for a free replacement, but staff could only offer me $5 off on another screen protector. What a bloody rip off!

They have really poor customer service and they don’t know how to fix anything they mess up your device even more. I brought in my iPad for repair because my screen cracked and when they finished with it a couple of days or weeks after my iPad started glitching and my screen started lifting up which caused it to glitch and then when I took it back to them they made me pay for the repair and a guy form the shop told me to come back before 4 months if it starts glitching again and when I did they told me they couldn’t fix it because it had a little crack which didn’t even effect the iPad at all. There’s no point on paying for something that does no good but wreck you so if I was you take it to a someone that will actually fix something rather than making it worse.pls for your own safety don’t come to this stupid place they are all just so stubborn, I am even so pissed writing this review I don’t want what happened to me to happen to you.

They've repaired my phone Fast, expensive maybe yes, the downside is with the touchscreen glass transparency or clarity, it looks opaque and lower the screen colours, I guess they used a cheap replacement parts. Still works. 2.5 rate should be enough for this.

Don't do it. Tried to save a few bucks on a screen repair. The workmanship was rough with clear scratches and indentations where they'd removed the previous screen. Three weeks later and with no catalyst, the screen breaks. Not physically. That is still in tact. But the retina display is utterly screwed. All I can see is a few multi coloured lines down the right hand side. Everything else is black. The phone is still functional as I can view texts through my Mac and the phone vibrates when I receive them. Purely a display issue. I'm now left with a phone that's voided of warranty and a retailer highly unlikely to honour their work. Take it back the manufacturer. It'll cost a bit more, but you get what you pay for.

Very disappointed with the service here. My wife had her screen replaced and less than a week later it was cracked again; the screen did not suffer a physical knock but seemed to crack from the inside. The staff maintained the phone took a knock and refused to acknowledge that the repair may have been faulty. Avoid this place.

Just purchased a phone (iPhone 5c for $300 - not that much cheaper than brand new) that turned out to have a faulty screen. Were informed that they'd refuse to refund unless we brought it back within a day (as opposed to the three month warranty they provide), making the warranty pretty worthless.

Dodgy and disappointing.

Spent $210 dollars for what I was told to be a top quality screen replacement for my iPhone 6+. After completion my buttons were not recognizing, the sensor for disabling buttons going off when on call was not connected. I went back in and was told this is a damaged microchip within the phone, so I went to another phone repairer and for $160 he assured me this was my screen and changed it without any further trouble. STAY AWAY they are frauds!
