Had a phone that everyone told me a had to replace as it was not worth fixing the Camera. Went to GSM Highpoint. They Fixed and replaced the Camera for me. Saving me a potential $1000.00. Done it in 1/2 hour. Professional, Friendly. Will definitely be my first stop for phone issues from now on.thanks Guys.

They did an absolutely HORRENDUS job on the application of my screen protector. Not to mention the use of extremely low quality screen protector that cracked on me after the phone fell from about 10 inches. I had hoped $60 would get me gorilla flash protection at least but this screen protector is worse than a $1 screen protector from ebay. Don't go here if you are looking for quality products with a fair price.

Got a samsung touchscreen repair done by them. Costs $55 more than Official Samsung shop downstairs. Wasn't even close enough to the price Samsung charged for the service. Vietnamese female sales person with colored hair refused to charge close to Samsung's price for repair. I was told that $55 was for same day turn around time. I was still annoyed by the insistent abraisive attitude of the sales lady who didn't act pleasantly.

Went in again a month later to repair my charging port. This time the manager Gary handled my concerns and advised me to talk to him directly. My phone was fixed for $95 and I felt better about the transaction this time as price was not too costly, I was provided with proper explanation and customer service was better.

I still wont talk to that lady any more.

I opted for an iPhone tempered screen protector. The female worker had difficulties - she threw out her first attempt. Her second attempt was placed crookedly. It did not look flattering. It wasn’t worth $25.

If I could rate no stars, I would. This place had terrible customer service they were rude, obnoxious and clearly had no idea what they were doing. I came here to get my phone repaired and the lady of dark skin had told me that it was unfixable, but it was literally just a cracked screen and then after telling her that I’ve gotten it repaired before she gave me so much attitude and was being very stubborn and charged me so much. Never coming back. Worse customer service ever. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
