Aussie Mushroom Supplies

I've bought several times from Aussie mushroom supplies and the products are good and I reliably got flushes of fresh mushrooms - I used an inexpensive shelf/greenhouse I bought online to keep them humid. Straightforward.

I received pink oyster and lions mane 7 days ago and gosh what a crop. Great delivery, great communication and a Aussie business to support. I’ve never grown mushrooms before but I’m very excited how they are turning out. Thank you AM!

Have been growing oyster mushrooms for a while now and Aussie mushroom supplies are the only company I buy my spawn from, I have always had successful grows using russels spawn: his prices are unbeatable also, ignore the one star ratings on these reviews as they must be sooks cause these guys know what they are doing.

Well. If I was selling pressure cookers in good faith, I'd make a note straight up that "these PCs are not induction compatible". I wouldn't hide that information three paragraphs in.

Basically, these guys are offloading unsellable stock to what once were trusting customers - i.e. Us. Three hundred and thirty dollars down the drain while they laugh. That's a lot of money. Try to support local, ah well.

I'll never shop there again. Sure, they made a note three paragraphs in to the description, but they're more than happy to sell old, useless stock for th same price as induction compatible stock on amazon

I was looking at buying mushroom powders and found these guys, brought the whole range and OMG these are amazing, while the taste is earthy and you will get use it it the feeling you get once it starts to kick in is insane. I’ve been feeling not myself with sleep and energy issues and noticed this within a day or so.
The customer service also was A+, could not fault them. I’ll be back when I need more. Thanks

I have made a few orders from Aussie Mushroom supplies and asked a few questions on their email. Their products are excellent, postage very prompt and all questions answered quickly with great information. Highly recommend this business.

Amazing and prompt team - the lovely lady at the desk who answered my call was able to answer my inquiries, she was attentive, willing to help and was lovely to speak with. Often you find yourself calling companies and the people you speak on the other end don't want to help, and the sound like they don't even want to be there. It was a great feeling being able to speak to someone who cares about their customers!

I was able to place a last minute order via Click & Collect and pay on-site. This is above and beyond for a small business, especially given that most businesses will FORCE you to pay online.

I traveled over an hour away, more so to save postage costs, and it was definitely worth the drive. Aussie Mushroom Supplies is now definitely my go-to mushroom supply business for anything big or small. Thanks so much for the amazing service guys, it has been an absolute pleasure.

I recently bought a kit from ebay and requested they add a birthday message for the recipient, and they went above and beyond by printing out a birthday image to include with it! Shipping was also very fast. A couple of years ago my first oyster mushroom kit was from here and I was really pleased with it. Better than another company's kit that I tried. Also I've used their shiitake kit with good success

I didn't receive a receipt, emailed them with no response, 4 days later I receive an email notifying me that they didn't have the stock.

Just not good enough.

I've been purchasing from these guys in the past. I recently stuffed up on my PayPal payment and Russell had it sorted in no time. Great product and great service:)

We received our packages a month late. They were rancid and they had burst out of the bags due to poor packaging. I received a $70 customs quarantine fee. I tried to negotiate a refund with the supplier but was met with a dismissive email and a generic reply on how to grow mushrooms. I am so disappointed and have wasted $200 on an inferior product. Strongly recommend finding another supplier

Ordered sterilised agar went to use it. It has already spores in the air tight bag tried to contact them twice once through their online contact me and once through email have completely ignored me. Wouldn't trust them customer services is awful tried to call they told me to email which they have ignored
