The changeover process was seamless.
I was concerned about details like new Wi-Fi username and password but found from Aussie that they would remain the same.
Also, I had to do some work to find my Aussie Broadband username and then set a password

Omg for the first time in 2 years I have had 24 hours of uninterrupted internet.from start to finish awesome.and my hat off to the installers who came on a 39 degree day which meant the roof cavity was almost double that.fabulous service.

I gotta give ABB 5 Stars after their technician just stayed on the phone with me for over an hour! Over an hour to help me connect my satellite to my router over wifi. I've called ABB willy nilly on countless occasions, and they have always been so calm and helpful, I can't think of a single company like this in any industry.

Having been with various ISP over 35 years or so, these guys keep setting new standards that the rest must struggle to keep up with. Most recently, after an issue with setup of a TP-Link Mesh WiFi, and attempts to resolve with that company directly, Aussie BB phone support took control. While on the phone, I accidentally disconnected the call. They tried to call back (while I was trying to call them back) and left a message with a reference number, they also text the reference number. I got through again and someone else took up where previous left off, phone disconnected again part way through. Same thing again, missed call, another text. Got through a third time to a third support member who took up where last left off. Now at this point and after all these unrelated phone issues, Aussie BBs determination to get this problem solved was far outweighing mine.but their commitment kept me in the game. Each of the three team members knew exactly what they were doing and familiar with the product and required procedure. Solved the initial router issue, then stayed on the phone through the rest of the setup procedure just to be sure all OK. Can't thank the three operators enough for turning what looked like a hopeless situation around.

My area migrated from Telstra Velocity to Opticomm network. Aussie got me connected with in 20 minutes! Where’as I was being pushed from pillar to post with Telstra who had no idea how and why they could not reconnect my service. I urge you to give Aussie a go! Btw Sushil served me and he was brilliant! Happy with his job unlike those knobs at Telstra.

Aussie Broadband is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Their lack of reliability, poor customer service, and broken promises have caused me significant financial loss and endless frustration. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself from their BS and find a more trustworthy and reliable internet provider.

I can't express how disappointed I am with Aussie Broadband. This company has proven to be the epitome of a dodgy and ridiculous service provider. I signed up for their internet service in January, and it has been a nightmare ever since. Firstly, the installation was delayed for several days without any valid explanation. When I contacted their customer service, they offered me compensation for the inconvenience. However, I quickly received an email stating that my compensation application had been rejected! I was literally laughing about this.

The internet connection is lost every two days, which is unacceptable, especially when both my partner and I rely on it for work from home. We were forced to spend hours on the phone with their support team every two days just to get the internet restored. It became a never-ending cycle of frustration and wasted time.

The final straw came in May when we lost internet access completely. This outage resulted in us losing our daily income for over a week. Each day, we had to endure the agony of calling Aussie Broadband repeatedly, only to be met with the same useless advice of downloading apps and working with cables. None of their suggested fixes resolved the issue, and we were left without any internet service for 10 days.

After enduring their constant incompetence, I made the wise decision to cancel their service. They had the audacity to apologize and promised to compensate for the one-week outage (only). However, it came as no surprise when I received yet another email stating that my compensation request had been rejected! Seriously if I can give them negative star ratings I will.

Edit: Btw their attitude was like they were the only internet provider in the world. I’m with the O now. Two days setup done, stable service, I’m very happy.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolute terrible service. Started my internet connection journey with them exactly a month ago (16/1/23) and still no outcome, as of today (16/2/23).
They keep blaming opticomm for every little detail and Opticimm does the same.
I expected the highest level of service for the highest premium rates that they charge, when compared to their competitors but the service is below pathetic. I wish I never joined the service in the first place. But too late now.

If I could give zero I would. Absolutely appalled by the customer service from Aussie broadband. They were so good to start but we have run into constant issues with dropping out, call out fees and service disruptions. I will be telling people near and far to go avoid this company. We will now be without internet for 2-5 days. To say I’m angry is an understatement. Aussie broadband- do better!

Incredibly helpful customer support fixed connection issues and helped set up my wifi booster all in less than 20 minutes! Some of the best customer service I have experienced from an internet provider! Would absolutely recommend Aussie Broadband!

I've been with Aussie broadband for 5years now, my experience with them has been nothing but amazing, if I've ever had an issue (which is rare) customer support has been excellent and always easy to understand and get the issue fixed immediately! There speeds are as advertised or better I have 250/25 and I constantly speed test and always get between 260 to 310 down and 20 to 28 up! So definitely can't complain! You get what you pay for yes there's cheaper providers out there but you won't get the support and service aussie provides!

I recommended this NBN service provider to my friend, she signed up with 250mbps speed tier to get fibre upgrade, but my friend felt even slower than the previous nbn 100 connection via telephone line, but she was too busy to call ABB to discuss the issue. Couple weeks later, she rang the ABB, did a speed test, came up just like NBN50 connection, the ABB fix up the issue with couple mouse clicks over the other end, set her connection to NBN250, speed test came back with 270mbps, but the service rep blamed that is my friend's faults, she didn't call them, and rejected to refund any portion of her monthly fee, that is NOT fair to pay NBN250 cost and got NBN50 service speed, not acceptable. Furthermore, the speed drop back to NBN50 tier again in the evening, have to call them again and again. Will transfer to other service provider before the new billing cycle starts, 1000000% for sure. If I can give you a negative rating, will be -5 stars.

I’ve now been with AussieBB for 3 years, I’ve also had around 6 ISP’s in about throughout my 11 years having the NBN, still the fastest speeds and reliable service, there has never been any congestion (I’m on 250/25 connection). Highly recommend.

No longer at the reliability or service they used to be. I was previously happy to pay the premium to be with them but have been getting terrible speeds lately on a 100/20 plan.
