Aurora Early Education Doncaster

We have been attending Aurora Early Education in Rowville for over 2 years now. The staff are professional with great communication skills. The Distant Learning Programs during COVID times has been a great tool to help us engage my son in activities at home. I would highly recommend Aurora to other parents who are looking for childcare centres.

Firstly, I would love to thank the dedicated, friendly staff (including the chef Lawrence) whom have become family to myself and my daughter. I was unsure about placing my daughter in childcare as she was my first and she had only ever interacted with myself and my family members. I had no idea if she would be happy being in a different environment away from her usual schedule. However, after touring multiple different centers, being placed onto their wait-lists, Aurora opened their doors at the perfect time.

My little one settled in straight away. She has grown significantly with her social skills and her vocabulary and her knowledge continues to amaze me every time she comes home with a brand new acquired word/song/knowledge.

I love using the provided app to check up on my child's daily progress (food eaten, naps taken, nappy changes etc) and a summary with photos or videos of the kids are always provided each evening, as well as any individual progress my child has shown.

When anything has occurred, the staff never fail to try to contact me, either via phone, voicemail, email or through the app or emergency contacts.

I've been with Aurora for the past 8 months, and if i could, i would leave my little one with them for as long as possible because they have gone above and beyond with their approach to caring and teaching the kids.

I only have praises and well wishes for Aurora. I am so thankful for them during these hard times, and they have only made things much easier for me.

Honestly, I can't recommend Aurora enough.

As a first time mum, I was very concerned with leaving my 12m old boy under other's care, so my requirements list was huge, and for my surprise, Aurora nailed my list and it's only overcoming it, for 6 months now. So believe me when I say, this is the place!

We were already looking for a non-conventional Centre and visited some differents centres before getting to know Aurora, the most disappointing with the others was to see all the talk about the philosophies and innovation being more commercial than the real thing.

When visiting Aurora I could instantly see it was different. First, it's impossible not to fall in love with the space, beautifully and carefully decorated to attract little inquisitive minds, everything is always spotlessly clean and well organised. Rooms are spacious, filled with great toys and connected with a stunning outdoor area, allowing the children to explore all around.

The kitchen is wonderfully located in the middle of it, so you can see from different angles and kids have a chance to watch and give a little help to the chef.
Speaking of the kitchen, the food is always fresh with a broad worldwide menu, natural snacks and, for my joy and contentment, no sugar! Oh, and you can order a coffee to go or to enjoy at the front yard tables.

All educators are quite well skilled and you can feel how passionate and motivated these people are, and most importantly, every single person is aligned and committed with Aurora's philosophy.
By having regular trainings and team-building meetings, they are able to find new ways to be even better and deliver a very high-quality nurturing and holistic learning environment.

I could just keep talking about all the amazing things we and our little one can enjoy at Aurora, like the Yoga classes, the multicultural festivals, the Date Night, and the Parent Advisory Group, but then this review would be endless. So I highly recommend you to pay a visit and feel and see it for yourself.

I'm more than happy with Aurora's premium services and I appreciate and trust Aurora's educators in every aspect of care.

This has been a wonderful place where my child is exposed to mindfulness at at early age. It is important in this world to learn and habituate to be calm under devastating situations esp like the pandemic conendrum that we r in right now. I also appreciate how this centre handles multi-culturalism and takes the chance to celebrate festivities of various culture seeding the thought of oneness in our kids at such young age.

Such an incredible daycare. Management and all team leaders and educators are welcoming, knowledgable and proactive in tailoring the support to our child and for his ongoing education and development. They love to get to know you and your family and go above and beyond. They are also a very innovative centre with lots of initiatives such as yoga and free date night babysitting provided to the children all included in the cost! It only takes a look at the facilities and meet and greet with the team to know this is a wonderful centre. Thanks for taking care of our boy Harrison.

We are incredibly happy to have our son at Aurora Doncaster. The interior is meticulously and beautifully designed (state of the art I would say!) which gives a sense of relaxation and calm. The activities planned are different day to day, and the skills the children learn are meaningful and practical. The educators are professional, pleasant, and friendly. The chef cooks a good variety of healthy international cuisine which exposes our son to different foods. I love that the location is on a quiet street which minimises stress from noise and air pollution. The unique and well-designed Aurora app (not Story Park!) allows us to keep updated with our son throughout the day and communicate easily with educators. So much to love about this place!

Aurora is the best day care. The educators and staff are lovely and professional. They always have activities for the kids and a great space for them to have fun and run around. They have a chef who prepares excellent nutritional meals fresh every day. They have a great little app too with photos everyday to keep you posted.

Amazing centre. Such a lovely atmosphere, great attention to detail. Beautiful staff and educators, who are experts and more than happy to share their knowledge. I felt very welcomed and am super impressed with this service.

This centre is stunning! It is obvious that a lot of thought and care has gone into the design and construction of the learning environments, the overall feeling of the place is that of beauty and grace - not always commonly associated with child care centres. The staff are friendly and gracious and I love the fact that the owners are always around and very 'hands on' with the day to day running of the centre. What a beautiful place to allow a child to learn and grow!

Happy to find this place for my daughter. Very caring staff, nice facilities. My daughter learnt so much from this place about manners, and she especially loved the food freshly prepared by Lawrence. She is recently undergoing separation anxiety but the staff always know how to approach and calm her down. Great use of the app too that tells us what she had for lunch and snacks.

Our son started here after about a month after the centre opened. While the centre had some breaking in issues it is now running very smooth. The centre itself is very well designed! Open bright spaces which were specially designed and built for the childcare centre which was unlike many other centres in the area which tend to have smaller rooms since they are modified from existing houses. The educator and staff here are all really friendly and warm. They have help tremendously in helping our son settle in the new environment. I have also noticed that a lot of the toys and equipment they use here are of high quality (e.g. Hape, Melissa & doug brand etc). They also have an app that you can use to see what your child has had for meals, sleep times and nappy changes. And they also try to do daily updates of the activities of the day with photos through the app! They have a lunch menu with food from different countries nearly everyday (I think it may be on a 2 or 3 week rotation). Overall we are really happy with the centre so far and would recommend them!

The center has been amazing. Great and fresh food that the center chief always prepares multiple choices for children’s best tastes. Teachers are professional, friendly and passionate. Children are settled very well and enjoying the activities. Highly recommended! Well done Aurora!

Once I toured the centre, I knew I had to send my child here. The whole centre has been carefully thought out with creativity in mind and the staff are so nurturing and welcoming to both kids and parents. I'm so thankful to have found this centre. Highly recommend to any parents looking for attentive and responsible carers for their children.

This centre is beautiful! The spaces are light and everything has been designed with the children's interests at mind. Educators look like they want to be there and they always ensure parents leave feeling comfortable and welcomed into the service. Well done to the team at Aurora Early Education, you have created a beautiful and inclusive culture here.

We have been lucky enough to secure 2 spots in this beautiful space! My 2 boys absolutely love it here! Kellie the centre manager is such an amazing person, always accommodating and stretching all avenues to do everything that we ask for and making sure we are comfortable and happy! Each and every staff member in here are welcoming with open arms and really strive to get to know the kids as we know them.
Our journey so far has been none but the best and really look forward to spending the next few years here before we head off to primary!

Went for orientation, but had to pull out. This childcare centre really lacks of caring staffs, the vibe is off, uninviting and cold, I do not trust my kid will get good care from this childcare centre. No wonder this childcare centre is so quiet compare to other childcare centre, hardly any kids here.
