These guys have been great for years. If you actually want to talk to someone and listen to what you buy in real life this is the place to go. I don't know any other audio shops because this has been such a reliable go to for such a long time.

Great service. Auditioned 3 different floorstanders and Mark was super helpful. Made a setup as close as to my home set up to test the speakers. Very patient and knowledgeable. No pressure whatsoever. One of the best retail experience. Kudos to Mark!

We have used Audio Trends a few times now, firstly to buy Sonos speakers and amps and the latest purchase was to set up a new theatre room from scratch. The help, guidance, time and advice provided by Mark was second to none. He spent hours going through the options available to us at a number of different price levels, he visited our home to look at the layout of the room and designed the best theatre room set-up from both sound and visual perspective and also took into consideration materials and furnishings on the impact of the quality of sounds and at no time was there any ever pressure to complete the sale. He clearly loves what he does and it shows through his dedication to customer service and his knowledge and expertise on all things sound and vision down to the right cabling to use. The great thing with Audio Trends is that they have a number of different rooms set up in their show room so that you can actually hear what you’re buying before you buy, we went down a few times and it was never any trouble to sit and watch something so you could hear and see what you could have. In terms of price, they were comparable or cheaper than anything else we could find in the market and we always do a lot of research before buying. We have and do recommend Audio Trends to anyone who has a sound or home theatre need, they went beyond our expectations and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result.

Very impressed with the service and the amazing showroom. I don't know how, but they were able to beat online prices on the turntable I purchased. Lots of knowledge which they were happy to share. Serious audio visual enthusiasts, this is the place for you!

It was a HUGE mistake buying two Sonos One speakers online from Audio Trends. We unwrapped our delivery to find only one Sonos speaker instead of the pair. We reached out by phone FOUR separate times in 24 hours and have been getting fobbed off, given half answers, and told "the manager will call you back". Spoiler alert: no one calls back, all we are told is "they've launched an investigation". Audio Trends: you should be ashamed of this pathetic attempt at customer service. You've ruined the gift my family all put in to buy me for my 40th and what's worse: you've taken our money without providing me with the goods. I wish I could give you zero stars.

I just recently purchased the Wharfedale Linton heritage speakers and from the expert guidance of Simon Finch i also purchased Parasounds Hint 6.
I can't speak highly enough of Simon who was there to answer any questions that I might have had.

Highly recommended! Fantastic people to do business with. I have had a number of dealings with these guys ranging from equipment repairs to online purchases and in store purchases. They mean it when they match or better the lowest price for an item. Every time they have exceeded my expectations, friendly, helpful, and good advice. I was there the other day looking at svs subs and comparing, I had Simon looking after me, he really went out of he way fantastic knowledge, great customer service.
