The price and service is amazing. I was actually skeptical given how much cheaper Audio Trends was but I purchased a Tivoli radio online and it arrived within 5 days (and I'm in NSW and they're in VIC). And they even swapped out the radio for a different colour when I recognised I had ordered the wrong colour. Highly recommended.

Purchased an ex display television from these guys. Amazing price for a set still in top condition and they even offered to drop it off at my place for free. Was excellent dealing with Andrew and Garry and will definitely use them again. Cannot recommend enough.

Great people to deal with. Quick and friendly service. Fixed my 40-year-old amp in 2 days. Its worth a trip to the showrooms just to check the gear they have on display.

Salesman doing something with his phone when I arrived and continued to do o for 5 minutes while I waited. Then when I had questions about a piece of equipment couldn’t have been less interested in answering, his response actually indicated he didn’t know and was not going to find out. If I could have bought the equipment elsewhere I would have walked out.

Took my turntable in for a new cartridge and set up. My intergrated amplifier required a good service as it had been sitting for years. Andrew was very helpful advising me of what type of cartridge would suit my turntable and arm combination. Very pleased with the overall outcome and pricing which I thought was fair. Amp is now working fine and the turntable is performing really well. Will definately be using 'Audio Trends' in the future. Highly recommended.

Reason for visit= My girlfriend, recommended me to this store (yes, i do love home theater system and speakers). Also for the record, no pun intended, i believe a SACD sounds much better than a vinly especially in the format of Multi-Channel.

I already have a SACD player, but i needed a better reciever (i still have an oppo 203 which i purchased many years ago).

I ended up getting the yamaha A8A, the flagship reciever.it is built like a tank.the DAC is very good also, and its new quantom chips processes sound much better.i have 10 years of warranty how good is that!

I thank audio trends for the negotation, i may look at a universal player or SACD player at some point, but will wait for a very good deal:)

What can i say? This place rocks yo, the showroom is just fantastic, from klipsch to focal aria. I popped in a week back, to have a look and browse, no pressure at all, total peace of mind and they answered all of my questions.

I wish this place sold universal bluray players of the Reavon Ubr-x100, if they did i would buy one (especially at a good price).

Simon, Mark and the other staff have been always helpful with my questions, and my queries.

What can i say.stop collaborate and listen to this review, because audio trends is the #1 audio store in melbourne, selby is also good too, but i feel more at home at audio trends

Purchased a speaker battery online which turned out to be faulty. Andrew was super prompt in reply and replacing the product which is now working perfectly.

I have been dealing with Mark and his team for years buying various high end items over the time. I have to say that the experience I have had with trying out various pieces of equipment and the number of times I have been patiently accomodated has been exceptional. The advice given was very factual and in the end exactly as they would say it would work. And it would! The final outcomes have been beyond my expectation. Recently purchased a set of Focal speakers after their recommendation (and listening to various others there on display). Amazing stuff and fell in love with music all over again! Thanks guys. Bought a Yamaha R-N602 online after checking it was in stock. One of best prices and upfront about stock level. Some other dealers were evasive, get your order then tell you they're out of stock and it's on back order.

It arrived in 5 working days, due to Covid that was good. I opted for express post given the value.

Well boxed black taped so would not be subject to water damage and no indication what was inside which is a plus. Due to Covid, as they did in my case, some couriers are dropping packages in front yard. Not sure why there was no fragile sticker on packaging. The Yamaha packaging was good and should cope with most knocks.

The Yamaha R-N602 is great value and audio Trends $850 price was about $150 off RRP.

I have not been into this store but I ordered an AV receiver on the website. I received a call from the store shortly after to confirm delivery address and I received the item in the post the next day to regional Victoria. Great service.

Do you want good old fashioned service without pushy sales techniques! These guys are phenominal and a big shout out to Mark! Best retail experience in a long time! Well done

Timely and good customer service. I had my turntable fixed up and serviced. A little pricy but in great working condition now.
