I ate at the restaurant. Superb food and service. Had a delicious steak with veggies. Cooked to perfection. Friendly, attentive staff

That story goes like this… three people go to a restaurant for a first time.they experience fantastic service.they order entrees, mains, deserts and all their meals are absolutely awesome! In a journey of life we would all wish to have that experience. I am glad I did. Grateful to the team at Atrium who deliver an amazing experience of taste and service to match. Great entrees and cocktails

The main meals were ok but flavour profile on the lamb shank was strange, steak is excellent as were the prawns

If you are vegetarian, definitely it is not the venue for you. The only vegetarian option for main was a curry puff. I was expecting to have a fine dining experience but I ended up with a 7-Eleven taste.

The people who work there are both friendly and helpful. I was coming off a 4 hour drive and for a couple of seconds didn't understand a question about something, she was so nice and just helped me. Likewise the restaurant staff are so good I'm almost embarrassed to be there! The food was up there with the best I've ever had. It's fine dining absolutely. I'd say it's the best fillet steak I've ever had.
Bottom line service is amazing and the food was delicious. Room was clean and fine

Dinner was delicious, service was amazing and quick.
Serve size is plenty.

Just love The Gateway in Wangaratta! From the warm welcome from staff at reception, well appointed, comfortable rooms that are well maintained and kept updated, fantastic range of television channels, free WiFi, effective reverse cycle air cons, delicious food available in your room or in the quality Atrium restaurant. I could go but just take a look at their well organised and user friendly website. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when we visit Wangaratta.

What a great find driving Sydney to Geelong. After a few days of lacklustre meals on the road it was a refreshing change to get efficient and professional Staff, great ambiance and great food. The restaurant was very full so bookings recommended. I enjoyed the Vegan Aloo Tiki Cake with fresh curry leaves and coriander sparkling up the plate and my husband had the Barramundi, saying the crispy skin was a star. We shared a cheese board to finish. Excellent bottle of King Valley Pinot Grigio and latte. Christmas Tree was awesome! We will be back!

My friends and I were pleasantly surprised by the food here. We got here quite late (for a country town) but they were accomodating and allowed us to dine in. We ordered several entrees, mains and desserts to share amongst ourselves. The presentation and overall quality was great. Everything was cooked just right and tasted amazing. Would highly recommend.

Great service and hospitality. The vegan main I ordered (Yam-based) was scrumptious, as was the dessert. I was let down by the very limited plant-based or non-meat options within the entree menu for a restaurant of this quality. Overall highly recommended.

Now it pains me to give only 2 stars but I do have to say something. I love this restaurant and have been celebrating all our family's special occasions here. This year however, the menu is just not as good and accommodating as it used to be. Currently the entree and dessert menus seem to be a failing experiment. It's alright to have a fusion/ambitious menu but there hasn't been much consideration to what has kept long term patrons coming back. Unfortunately may observations were echoed the very next day by someone who was just as unimpressed. So this year's Mother's day and birthdays we'll be skipping dinner here as long as this menu is still up.

Whenever I stay the week in Wangaratta, I'll have dinner at the Atrium at least once. Excellent service, delicious fine dining with generous servings, at reasonable prices.

Great experience, first time dining at the Atrium. Party of 16, service was very good, waiters were friendly and helpful.
Food was delicious. Ordered chicken breast with vegetables, sound an average meal until you take the first mouthful, chicken was superb, vegetables were perfect. Haven't had a meal so good for a long time, recommend for an evening when you are in Wangaratta.

Booked the hotel for a night, so try the restaurant as well. Didn't expect a fine dining restaurant in Wangaratta. Welcoming and professional service, Intimate atmosphere, great menu options and really delicious food yet reasonably priced. We had three courses and like them all. Little minus on the strawberry cocktail, bit too sweet. Overall, we love it, would highly recommend.

We ate here as hotel guests. The staff were attentive and friendly, the table layout and atmosphere make it a lovely experience. I appreciated the inclusion of a vegan main option, a potato gnocchi- and it was really tasty.

Try the Atrium Burger - unbelievable. I would even go as far as saying it's the best burger I've ever tasted.
