Astra Falls Creek

Amazing lodge with super friendly management/staff. Great room and beautiful view from the balcony. Having their own snow buggy makes arrival and departure so much easier. Breakfast was great and had a variety of options. The storage for snow gear was great and the room was warm and cosy.

Absolutely stunning place to stay and we can't say enough about the staff, especially young Jordan and Tom the general manager. Tom is next level with the way he runs everything and how much he goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing. Easy 5 stars, we can't wait to go back! Thanks again to Tom and the team!

Consistently terrific food that is of a quality above what ski resorts normally offer for most reasonable rates.
Very well trained, friendly professional staff.
If you enjoy high end, fine wines this property is a must, seek out Luis the sommelier, for cocktails.ask for ‘G’.

Food was impeccable and wait staff were wonderful. Our order got lost in the kitchen, but our waitress was onto it before I'd even thought to ask, plus they doubled our sides and comped us a coffee! The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. This was our second visit, and even without the snow out the window it's still a very nice place to be.

Went to see Nicky Bombay play, another amazing musician joined him. My legs hurt from dancing! Staff were on 2 occasions they served others before me and I had been queing for ages. A regular occurrence in many bars so it didn't affect a great night in a beautiful venue. I'll be back there tonight for sure! Thanks

Fantastic services. Spa, day spa, restaurant all amazing. Only downside was there was a baby in the next room that cried all afternoon. We were on our mini-moon.

Love the fondue during apres ski hour! Cocktails are amazing, food is supurb and wonderful friendly staff and owners who went above and beyond for us. Great atmosphere, kids room and day spa (the magnesium pool add on is highly recommended). Now we need to come back without kids and stay here!

Everything about this hotel is awesome, from the pick up to the drop off. The recent renovations have created a cosy modern hotel with a lot of the original charm still there. Food and wine were exceptional. It was hard to find anything better in the village. We felt right at home at Astra with lots of comfy spaces to snuggle up in the bar and library after a day skiing. Best of all were the staff. Tom and the team just look after you so well. Will be back!
