26 I was going to ask a question from a staff for the size of the shoe.she was so offensively and impolitely said stay away, stay back more than 2 meter and stopped me with rudely shaking her hands! I had about 1/5m away! I have never expected and never seen this manner! I was a regular customer and I drove 40 min to buy a shoes from that shop to support that business at this business crisis situation.
I did a mistake and never back to that shop again.
Didn't have my size, and none of the other stores did either. Size 14s 2e are hard to obtain but not impossible. This is the 2nd time they aren't able to help so I won't be going back.
Great Customer service, the sales assistant (lovely young female) went above and beyond to help with foot meaurement and shoe fitting and shoe styles. Well done. Great price to.
Good selection of shoes and running gear but not in no way cheap. For example, I purchased the latest shoe in the range I wear at least $30 cheaper than the previous model in the same range offered in store.
I bought a pair of my first ever ASICS because My doctor says I need to wear a comfortable shoes so I did. Unfortunately after 7months my one of shoe developed a rip. I contacted ASICS Australia and they told me to go back to the store. So I did and they explained that they were misfit. And a bloke served me told me it could be my fault but because it was misfit and agreed to give me a wider pair. I did not expect to receive new pair but I am very happy with their service and I recommend ASICS! Thank you team!
Received a pair of Asics runners for mothers day and today went to the store to claim that they were faulty as there was no padding under mesh on top of shoe. The 2 stupid attendants stated that the runners were running shoes and not for walking. When I got these runners we were told that they were for any use. Stupid girls.
