ASICS Factory Outlet Uni Hill

Normally I have amazing service there when I bring my sons. However tonight, there were 4 staff and not one person offered any form of customer service to either myself or the two men in the store, and would turn away when i went near either one. After 10 minutes I walked out, despite really needing at least 2 new pairs of runners.

I came in looking for professional advice. I was served by Dan and he was attentive and was knowledgeable about the products. The staff serving me at the counter were also very friendly and gave great advice. Thanks!

The staff are really knowledgeable and helpful. I had very specific questions and 3 separate staff members gave me detailed and consistent answers. They took the time to understand my requirements, even while the store was busy.

Awesome place to shop Ascis shoes! Everyone at the store is highly knowledgeable. Special mention to Kye for patiently helping me out pick the right shoes. I was in a hurry but was able to get the best shoes for a great deal with help from Kye worth driving to this store all the way from southeast

Good selection of shoes and running gear but in no way cheap. For example, I purchased the latest shoe in the range I wear at least $30 cheaper than the previous model in the same range offered in store.

Used to always buy my shoes here, and it's definitely worth checking out.

The only reason why I am rating this 4 stars is because even after being an outlet, the prices tend to be around the RRP (eg, $280 shoe being sold for $240). I also feel that this has happened only more recently

Not too much of a deal-breaker, as you are still getting an awesome discount, but there are a lot of stores near this one where you will almost be guaranteed to find better deals.

Fantastic service from the Sunday staff in this store, helpful, polite and great product knowledge. So good to see.

Very attentive staff, go both my boys fitted with new shoes in under 15 minutes and at a great price.

We are told to wear masks and maintain 1.5 metres but your staff do not promote and guide the public. As a customer, I did not feel comfortable in store trying to do the right thing. The majority of your clients are not following the best advice provided by the Centre Management.

Bought 2 pairs off sneakers. Huge discount. Staff attitude leaves a lot to be desired. One register only open. Huge line to purchase items. Staff couldn't care less or be bothered explaining situation.

Tried to return a pair of shoes the other day and Dan made the process extremely hard, not only that but his tone of voice was rude and demeaning. I will not be coming back to do business here.

Poor customer service 18/12/21 (4.pm),
Security guard doing good job making sure you're checked in correctly or not (2 stars for her) but ones you enter inside the store, staff completely ignored customers and kept talking with each other.

If visiting here when there are sales l recommend you go early as it can be extremely busy if you go later on in the day

Not really a factory outlet, shoes appear to be at full price, no different than a normal sports store.
