45Asburton medical clinic at one time treated 3 generations at once. They have always been professional & will help in any way. Sure there are waiting times at times, but that's not the docters fault, they see alot of people during the some need longer than others.l once waited 2 hours to see our gp, but she is worth the wait, l have been seeing my gp over 10 years, l honestly don't belive l would of had my family without her help. Shame cloning isant legal.
Poor quality of service, when patients have concerns or requests they should attend to those concerns. I requested my result s electronically and they refused to provide them. Others medical centres provide them so I don't see the problem here. Another time one of the nurses was not friendly and a bit rude simply cause we were asking some questions, I wonder when patients will be treated like patients and not just like customers $$$$

3 class Doctors, go to any one of them they will try to help you. The reception staff are wonderful and go out of their way to assist in any way they can. Julie, Josh, Sophie and the two Annas are great.
I just wish they could help me with my weight.
Stay away from the female "Doctors" one told me "there was a 'bug' going round " when I consulted her. Seven years at Uni to learn that there are "bugs going round"? Oh by the way that wasn't the fantastic and learned Dr Hart whom I have just met. We will get there, I hope without the aid of any so-called "Specialist, they and I must work with what we've got and use the means at our disposal.
As a migraine sufferer, i am in frequent need of prompt medical attention. The reception staff always manage to have me seen ASAP and are friendly and understanding, offering me a quiet dark room to lie in while waiting for my appointment. I find the reception staff to be friendly and helpful and love the on the spot Medicare rebate system. The prices of consultations are a bit expensive, but I feel it is balanced by the opening hours of the clinic 8 am - 8 pm during the week and Sat and Sun mornings. Due to the extensive staff on site, you can generally always get in to see a doctor on the same day as needed.
Great experience with this medical centre seen doctors come and go but they always seem to nring another great doctor in been attending this centre for about 30 years always make u feel welcome specially ann at the desk they try their best to get u in as best as they can and if u need something they sll help go ashwood medical u are a lovely bunch of people thank u
