I went to the Doctor at this clinic and I explained to the Doctor that I have had pain in my leg for quite a long time after an accident. I asked to be referred to a specialist and was refused to be given the referral I asked for. The doctor and the staff were rude, unprofessional, incompetent and thought it was okay to speak and treat a patient badly. But then expected for them to be treated with respect, which is not acceptable. I would greatly discourage anybody from using this medical clinic.

My family and I (parents, partner, kids etc) are patients of this clinic for years. Drs Phil Westmore and Chaya are excellent. Knowledgable, thorough, compassionate. Thank you to all at Ashwood Med Group. We are so grateful.

DR. PHILIP WESTMORE AND CHAYA DEVADITTIYA ARE THE WORST DOCTORS EVER. INCAPABLE DECEPTIVE AND HOPELESS. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT. THERE ARE OTHER BETTER AND PROPER SKILLED DOCTORS OUT THERE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM

THE DOCTORS PHILIP WESTMORE AND CHAYA DEVADITTIYA ARE USELESS ARROGANT AND TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. THEY ARE COMPLETE MORONS AND JERKS. NOT RECOMMENDED

I drive over 45 minutes to get to this clinic and it is totally worth it. It doesn't matter which GP I see (Anu, Phil, Michelle, Radha), I never feel like a number. Yes, you have to pay privately, not great, but you have to if you want doctors like these ones: helpful and with great wealth of knowledge. The ladies at reception are always very patient and chatty.

I walked in, have never been to the practice before, had a terrible fall at home and arrived without an appointment. Was welcomed so calmly and warmly by Nurse Brooke, Doctor Westmore was so wonderful and sutured my major back laceration. Everyone at the clinic was so helpful. The whole experience could have been really stressful but was made calm and professional by the staff. I am now fully healed and I can’t thank Doctor Westmore and Brooke enough. Now have a wonderful new GP

After years not coming to Ashwood Medical Group, I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the clinic looks now. Plenty of parking too!

THE DOCTORS THE LIKES OF CHAYA DEVADITTYA AND PHILIP WESTMORE ARE AWFUL NASTY AND BUNGLING. THEY WASTE YOUR TIME AND DON'T KNOW EVEN THE BASICS OF MEDICINE. DO NOT SEE THESE IGNORANT PEOPLE. MINUS ZERO STARS.

I have been a patient of that clinic for around 30 years. It's disappointing that the clinic could not spare 5 minutes for an appointment even over the phone for my son today who has also been a patient since birth. The receptionist that answered the phone did not seem to care about my or my son's concerns. Understand you are booked out but we are not just a random walk in. And this is not the first time. Time to find a clinic that cares about their patients.

This is now by far the best clinic I have used. I’m not sure who has taken over management here, but the improvements are amazing. Very professional service. I highly recommend them.

Not happy with staff and patients not wearing masks. My doctor is still careful. People are still getting long covid. I will only be doing telehealth until covid improves and going to another clinic in person.

In the past few years that I have been using this clinic, it has made a huge improvement in appearance and service. Whoever is responsible for this should be commended, as it must have taken hard work. It’s because of this turn around I felt the need to leave a 5 star review. I highly recommend this clinic for very professional health care.

I was happy with my doctors appointment but not the surprise I got at the end. I had to wait around 20 min for my appointment. When I went to pay I was charged $125 instead of the normal $85. The receptionist told me I was being charged for a long appointment. She did not offer me an explanation and I did not ask as I needed to get back to work. I do not appreciate the surprise. I wanted to post this review to warn other patients.

I have been a patient of Dr Philip Westmore and follow him to the different clinics he moves.
I have gone through a little procedure today. Mr Zolton and other nurses were very caring, professional and absolutely phenomenal.

Professional staff and great service.doctor Westmore is very welcoming, professional, caring person that’s why i have been following him to whatever clinic he goes to (dandenong, narre warren south, Cranbourne east, and ashburton). I highly recommend him as well as the clinic to anyone.

I have seen several doctors over 15yrs at AMC and the staff are really lovely as are all doctors I've seen. I have always been thoroughly looked after & in a highly professional manner.
Importantly, I've never had a medical complaint dismissed, my doc has always investigated. They listen to you and are not judgemental!
I recommend this practice and I can easily say that my current doctor is the best doctor I've had in 49yrs! That's a huge call and I stand by it! 10 out of 10!

We have been going to this group ever since I had my daughter. The doctors are great! But one things that is bad. My daughter was sick and we went to get a covid-19 test on the 20th of May on Thursday for her. It’s been 3 weeks and we still don’t have the results. She went through a covid test that left her about to cry. This is not acceptable and please contact with the reason why we were not notified about the results.
