Best crew in the business. Fair price, reliable, professional and with initiative to provide added value on their services for your money. We engaged ASAP to install our intercom. They passed to us the savings they made when procuring the device they quoted.

I rang yesterday afternoon explaining I needed the locks changed asap (no pun intended) and Cam was wonderful on the phone explaining what would be needed and what the different costs would be including after 5pm after hours. I organised what I needed to first then called back and Cam came within 30 mins. He was very professional and courteous which was important to me specifically on that day considering the reason for the urgency of having the locks changed. This is the third time I have had someone from ASAP help with different lock requirements over the years at different places I have lived. It's always great service and very professional. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Terry is a legend. He done it in 5 min. I had the other locksmith who wanted to drill open my dorr but ASAP locksmith done it without even damging my door. Thanks a lot.

Such an amazingly prompt and efficient service. Terry even came back to do an extra lock with no additional service charge! Very obliging and keen to please. Happy to provide lots of keys. Note- he took all our old keys to recycle the metal.

Awesome service. Tried another locksmith first to get a key cut for my 1997 Landcruiser and it didn't work. Went to ASAP and got a key cut which works perfectly. Great job!

Okay I'd like to give a really positive review for the owner of this shop!

I am a delivery driver, and myself And my offsider delivered an item to this store.when we arrived the lady was serving a customer so we didn't want to disturb them at the time, (because I think its disrespectful) I was observing her and I must say she was super polite and very professional in what she does! We then got to speak to her as the customer left and turned out she was the owner of the store!
She was a really really nice lady and she was super quick with key cutting aswell, And I mean quick!

My offsides needed a new key cut for his property and it was cut within 15 seconds! Amazing!

I hope this company and family grow well and continue to be as great as they are today!

That big key on the stores front was made with all real keys and took over 80 hours to make!

Quick and excellent service to fix my house door lock on a Saturday. Great advice on Lock maintenance and keys. Greatly appreciated and recommended.

I needed a new lock for my letterbox so went in and saw Ron. I purchased the required lock. When i trued to install it i couldnt get the ‘bolt’ on. I thought i was going mad. After all it isnt rocket science. Ron called in on his way back from another job with extra parts. He agreed that the bolt had a different thread. Replaced it then and there. He was friendly and helpful. I have recommended him to our body corp (who will recommend him to others) as truly good service is hard to find these days

Riley and Bentley were great to deal with. Staff arrived on time both to quote and to do the work. The quote arrived quickly and compared well with other quotes. I was able to discuss options and clearly staff knew their stuff. The work was carried out efficiently with an eye for detail and staff cleaned up after themselves. Window locks were installed, existing window locks were given keys, new dead locks were installed, existing knob locks were re-keyed. Staff went the extra mile and did careful work on restoring an antique lock and manufactured a key for it. Excellent for expertise and service.

Best ever. Came same day, on time. Fixed what others couldn’t. Wasn’t looking to make a quick buck.
Didn’t need to replace, fixed it. Others wanted to replace at $475. Riley is amazing.

Second-hand Royal Enfield motorcycle needed keys fitted to the petrol tank lock and seat lock as the ignition key didn't fit these locks. This was a big problem as I could not open the tank to fill up. The team was able to use a scope to analyse the tank lock, identify the key code and cut new keys in about 20 minutes. Great professional service and friendly guys. Highly recommended.

ASAP were great. I had a broken car key for an uncommon make of car. Lots of places wouldn't even attempt to help fix it. Not ASAP they were really nice, helpful and persevered until they managed to fix it for me. Very appreciative of Riley's efforts. Thank you. PS: Muddy the dog is lovely.

Needed to copy a set of car keys with transponder chip, worked out a few technical issues, highly recommend.

I needed 5 different keys for a 1984 Jaguar. Ron & Reilly did a fantastic job finding and cutting all the needed keys. Really helpful and fantastic service.
