Can’t recommend Terry enough (and the team at ASAP Windsor). I was quoted triple the price to change my front door locks and the honesty at ASAP Windsor was so refreshing, who advised me to buy the lock from Bunnings and explained what I’d need, how long it would take etc. Terry came out and the lock I’d bought was missing screws (this is after he’d removed my current lock). He then had to put the old lock back on my door, and came back 2 days later when I had the new lock exchanged (with screws), and fitted the lock perfectly, not charging me for the additional time on the first call out day. The customer service from Terry was exceptional, even giving advice on other locks around the house. Can’t recommend Terry and ASAP Windsor locksmiths enough. Honesty is key and these guys are all that.

Had a fantastic experience with Terry. He went out of his way last night to pick up some speciality locks (eight in total) so that he could secure all of our windows, and get the job done today for us in time for the weekend. Cheers Terry, and highly recommend.

A very stressful situation was rectified by ASAP locksmiths promptly at a very reasonable price. I was locked out of my apartment unit by a picture frame that was dropped behind it by a gust of wind. Max from ASAP locksmiths showed up in less than 20 minutes and solved the situation with care, professionalism, and perfect craftsmanship. Highly recommended.

ASAP Locksmiths delivered excellent, fast service. It started when I called and Riley suggested that I could buy the lock off them and swap it over myself and that would save me the call out fee. When Cameron arrived the next, he apologised for being late (even though it was only 10 minutes). He was well-presented and did a quick job. Very satisfied and highly recommend ASAP Locksmiths.

I recently found myself needing a locksmith and after speaking to a couple of high profile firms I found on Google, I then called ASAP Locksmiths.
They were a breath of fresh air and were genuinely interested helping me solve my problem. The others just wanted me to sign up for an expensive call out fee without really understanding what I needed.
I am going to make sure that I keep ASAP Locksmiths permanently in my contact list.
Don’t bother to look further.

Quick, efficient and reasonably priced considering it was a Saturday. Max was very friendly and an excellent communicator.
Appreciated that he was prepared to wait a little to see if my lost keys would turn up before starting work.

Visited the office/workshop on Chapel street with a lock problem. The lady had a condescending “can’t do” attitude, so I left. In contrast, the very pleasant staff at St Kilda Locksmiths fixed the issue promptly on the spot.

Called Terry after a home invasion and straight away he was able to commit to a callout even though it was obvious he had a busy schedule. Terry was very professional and courteous and efficiently replaced all of our locks and gave us new keys and didn't leave any mess at all. Most importantly he gave us peace of mind. Definitely highly recommend and we'll be getting Terry out to further increase the security of our home.

We have a shop in South Yarra. The door lock decided to get jammed today. Cam, was accidentally passing the shop to go to our neighbour for a job. We asked him if he can help us after his job. He came back and was really fair and fast in doing the job.

Super quick response to my call. Next day ASAP Locksmiths came out to fix an awning window winder and cut keys when tenants vacated and left the window locked.

ASAP was recommended by a friend and they did an excellent job changing out my locks - prompt communication, lovely to deal with, knowledgeable and all around excellent service. I would not hesitate to also recommend them.
