Really happy with the tiles but the service at this place is just dreadful. So apathetic, it's like they just don't want your custom or are not in the slightest bit interested in helping you. A shames when their tiles are so lovely and you're spending good money which you could spend much more pleasurably elsewhere.

I've sent these guys a few email enquiries in the past but no one seems to respond. Its weird.its like they're not interested in selling the merchandise or something is wrong with their email. Very strange indeed. I know the stuff they have is really good - on the higher price wise but the customer service side of things is a bit disappointing. Its a shame really. Great showroom.
